Waited on the phone for 15 minutes, just to get a receipt emailed or faxed....Guess what still waiting for the receipt that they were faxing right over....He told me to come down and get it, I asked can you fax or email since Im over 30 minutes away...."Well I guess I can fax it"...What is wrong with these people....You hit print, you put it in a fax machine and you keep it moving....Still waiting 45 minutes later....Wonder if Ill ever get? I will probably drive down there tomorrow, since they arent smart enough to help someone out and it send! Never again will I go there.....

I came in tonight to buy an AC refrigerant and was very nervous because I did not know how to use it, but my car desperately needed it. I asked one of the employees if he would show me how to put it in and he did the whole thing for me and explained what was happening so I would know how to do it myself next time. I am so very pleased that the employees at this location are so knowledgeable and willing to help!! A++

Please update your business hours here. The door label on the Fountain store says it closes at 8:00 pm on Sundays. As a matter of fact, the closing times for the entire week are wrong! I was not the only customer who was disappointed tonight. Love the Store, just bummed I couldnt pick up the parts I had ordered

They could not tell me how to use the window glue to re-seal my window on the back of my truck topper.... They had no idea, all 3 employees that where there could not answer it..... just go to the springs, the auto zone in the springs also let me use an impact wench to tighten a bolt on my truck bed.

Horrible customer service. The lady was in there didnt want to move from behind the register to help. I had no idea what I needed to fix my car. She just showed me where the fuse box was and then left. I had no idea what I was looking for or how it was related to my brakes.

Guys were very helpful, wish they would have given me a printout of the codes instead of me having to take a picture of the screen for each code and go home to look it up. otherwise a smooth process to check check engine light, and make a few purchases

This Advance Auto Parts is well represented by the manager patrick. I went in with a complicated order issue and he fixed it quickly and efficiently. I will go here first for the best auto advice and customer service to be found in town!!

The staff is great the parts are as well. But the only complaint I have is the difference between website and store. The site says closed at 10:00 pm. But I just went there at 9:15 and they were closed...

The only reason it gets 2 stars is the great employees. Prices are obscene compared to AutoZone or OReillys, and the selection is feeble compared to either of them. Honestly Walmart is a better store.
