First off I told them I had to be at work in an hour and they said 15 minutes, but I was there for more than an hour because the guy installing it barely knew what he was doing. Thats fine though, some people are new or have off days. Female staff members were very attentive and pleasant. The male staff member, however, who installed my battery was very condescending and rude, seemed frustrated that I didnt have all these answers about my engine (which he ended up not being able to figure out when he walked outside to look at it and resorted to Google). And after I had checked out with one of the female staff the guy had walked off and started helping another person before he put my battery in. The lady went and asked him to go do it and he came back annoyed as if I were bothering him to do what I paid a lot more than what I was quoted for previously. I will only be using local mechanics from now on as the flaws of big corporation keep proving themselves not worth the trouble.

Very rude and argumentative staff. I went in tonight to get a part replaced that was under warranty. The man that waited on us would not replace the part because he said his machine told it was good. Tried to tell him that the problem with it was intermittent and it did not always fail. Since it did not fail when he was looking at it, he would not listen to me. Told me to put it back on and when it broke completely to come back. Very poor customer service. So basically when this electrical part fails completely and leaves my family on the side of the road I can get a new one. I will never shop at AutoZone again.

The staff were sooo helpful! It can be busy in there, but so worth the wait. They are friendly and most of them are knowledgeable. I did run into a kid that worked there and did not know how to answer my question, but once we got the manager over she was able to help me and some.

Whenever i have a bad day at work or wherever, i go to autozone and buy some stuff for my car just because the staff is too friendly. Fix my car and have a chat about cars with some nice people makes me very happy.

this store by far has the worst service i have ever seen , the manager sends a customer on a wild goose chase as if he doesnt know what he is doing !!!!
