Shady business! WARNING!!! I had an RV break down in their town. They were the only option for fixing. They were friendly and helpful. They let me know halfway through the 2.5 week repair that there was exceptional rust on the frame; I thanked them for the info and asked if it would get me the last 250 miles of my drive. They said they thought it would. They continued the repairs. As I paid for the repairs, finally ready to hit the road again, they pointed out that they needed me to sign papers declaring that my vehicle was UNFIT for driving. Excuse me? $2,000 and 2.5 weeks later, and you didnt think to tell me it was unfit for driving? I would have told you to stop repairs immediately. Im still figuring out of this is something I can report to the better business bureau. Its unconscionable to me that you made me pay you for work that you literally made me sign a waiver for saying it wasnt drivable anyway. Unethical, for sure. Would have been happy to pay for your time and efforts for the work you DID put in. But now Im very unhappy and feel like I had the wool pulled over my eyes :(. I ended up giving the RV away and renting a uhaul. Because I didnt feel comfortable SELLING it if it was "not drivable" (I gave very clear warnings to the people I gave it to that it needed major frame repair to be safe.). Anywho, if you have a choice of where to take your vehicle, Id go somewhere else. Happy trails!

Pretty bummed with this location. So I brought my vehicle in Monday, told me it was a starter issue but couldnt get to it until Thursday. Ok...so my step dad had asked them maybe today,(Tuesday) if they could just squeeze us in. They couldnt, so we decided to get the part and let my boyfriend install it. This is the part that got me upset...the car wouldnt start even though the mechanic had got it to start every time at the shop. My boyfriend had to try and put it together in the Napa parking lot. You would think they would see his predicament and help out, but no. The mechanic asked him if this was our only vehicle and when he said yes he only got a that sucks response. I understand they have appointments BUT we bought a 150$ starter from them AND them to just watch him struggling out there breaks my heart. Disappointed in this location to say the least.

Beware of this place. Took my truck in for repairs. They kept replacing parts that were not needed as they couldnt isolate the problem. They finally got it right but the experimenting cost about $1000 more than I should have spent. A short time later, one of the used parts they installed failed. When I took it to a different shop, it was discovered that this piece had been sitting out in the elements and was full of water and rust and cost me $500 to have it rebuilt.

I just want to put a shout out to the owners of this Napa a few month ago the suspension on my camper broke and the friendly owner of the Napa let me park it for a day until I could fix it or get it towed. Just want to say thank you for all your help.
