Great customer service. I needed a new battery, called to see if they had the correct model in stock (they did). When I got there they double checked the old battery, gave me some options, installed the new one (all free services) and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Totally friendly and helpful. Like Paul, they used parts/tools out of the store. All this on a Sunday with an employee out sick. Ill be a repeat customer.

Great customer service. Just got off a midnight shift and had to get a jumpstart for a dead battery. Went here and bought a new one. They installed it for free and used parts out of there store to it and cleaned off the old battery corrosion. And also got a military discount.

Friendly sales guy. Very personable. The manager was nice for the most part. But I think customer service is just that - service. Not everyone who goes into the store is dishonest or trying to hurt the stores bottom line - thats the bottom line

Ive been to AutoZone several times in the past and always feel like I dont belong in that store. Two or three guys stand talking to another guy who is looking for different parts on the computer while Im being totally ignored.
