Do NOT go to this place. I called to see if they had a cap for my specific engine coolant tank, and the guy that answered had a "know it all attitude" and told me "well of course we do, I have over 2000 caps to choose from." How dare I ask if he had a specific cap for my car? The first cap didnt fit, it was for a Honda. I had told him Ford Fusion. The second cap he gave me was for the radiator. Obviously not, dude. The third got stuck and wouldnt come off and completely drained my coolant tank due to improper pressure relief. His co worker had to drill a hole in the cap and use a screw to get it out.

I rolled up thinking I needed new batteries for my Dodge Ram 3500, but in testing found that the alternator was blown. 300 miles from home, on a holiday weekend. One hour before closing. What happened? Chase. He is a saint among men. "No problem boss, I can get my tools." With permission from his manager he said he could show me how to pull and replace it. Which was given, and which he did- cheerfully and with much skill (read: quickly and efficiently). In less than one hour a single man restored much of my faith in human kindness.
