The young guys when we first went there to pick up the parts were awesome and friendly, but as we discovered upon installation, they gave us the wrong coolant sensor, which is no big deal. I went back to return the brakes I bought (I didnt end up needing them) and exchange the sensor out for the correct one. I wasnt acting upset or anything, so I was really thrown off when the owner, who happened to be ringing us up, complained in a pointedly rude tone about how hard its going to be to sell the sensor now since it was installed. All it had on it was plumbers thread and a little grease. I apologized and said Id told the clerks I dealt with before the year/make/model, and thats what they gave me. He said, "Oh, so its OUR fault?" then threw the money down. I said I was only trying to exchange the part and left to buy the parts I would have bought from them at Napa instead. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful at Napa. And all the parts fit.

Over the years Ive visited every parts store in 30 miles numerous times. Without question I call this part store first. The staff are helpful, know a little bit about every car I own, and sincerely want their customers to succeed. You can "rent" speciality tools, they take old batteries for free, they have scan tools and will pull codes for you and everything Ive ever inquired about was in the next day. Highly recommended auto parts store if you want a quality part at a reasonable price and want to be treated like a respectable human.

I bought a headlight and taillight for my Trailblazer, and when I asked Carl where I should go to get the lights installed, not only did he install the lights for free he was quite pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this store and will come back for my future needs.

I needed a part for my 2001 Audi A6 2.7T and they had it in stock. Very helpful and a bit pricey, but that is the price to pay to get what you need when you need it.
