...visiting Flagstaff....wiper blades go bad...car dealer wants $50th for GM replacements... Friend says try NAPA....now its raining...a lot !!...."Rick" takes care of me!! ...Rick says GM replacements will be $35... But NAPA Brand ARE JUST AS GOOD FOR $16. And "Rick" installs them in the pouring rain !! ....now THAT IS SERVICE...but wait ...theres more.. ..I try to give "Rick" a tip for helping and he says "NO THANKS FRIEND...JUST APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS.." It just doesnt get better, Thanks NAPA.....

When my 03 Dodges original alternator failed Sunday after 330,000 miles, i went to NAPAs GCAP and they had a lifetime warranty replacement in stock. We replaced the alternator in their parking lot in time to return the original for the core credit. Thanks NAPA for having a store open on Sunday in Flagstaff!

Showed up on Christmas Eve with a project that did not have make model and year. Everyone was very helpful in trying to get me enough parts to have something to work with. Everyone had a great attitude even on Christmas Eve. This was our second visit and we will be back again when we come through town.

Napa Auto Parts on East Butler is not the best Auto Parts place to go to in town, I would not recommend going there if you have the rest of Flagstaffs selection of stores to choose from.
