Twice my engine misfired, same symptom different problem. First it was an engine coil, then it was the o2 sensors. Advanced Auto does free code scans, and this has saved me so much time and money. Kent has given me solid advice to fix it myself, not once, but both times. Hes a very insightful individual, whos kind and eager to help. He informed me about the loaner tools which saved me another $50. I know I can get parts cheaper online, but with how much money I saved through Advanced Auto I think its appropriate to support this business. The customer service of all individuals at this location is top notch. I drive the 50min it takes to get there, compared to the 20min to get to the nearest shop simply because I know that the service I will get here will not disappoint or confuse matters. I highly recommend this location as the staff is absolutely excellent.

If you dont know anything about cars, this place may be of help. However, if you do, stay away from this place. The experience started out with phones that were not answered, then asked to hold, and then not picked up again. They apparently do not have enough staff to answer a routine phone call about parts availability. When I went in, the employee did their best to convince me that a universal O2 sensor was the worst possible mistake someone could make with a car. The reality is that a person with any experience at all with a crimping tool, shrink tube, and a heat gun can save a tremendous amount. If you have any experience with repairing cars, go to a parts store that will not try to extract as much money from you as possible. The level of service was far below any other Advance Auto I have used through the years.

I bought a pair of headlamps here as well as some cleaner for the outside of the headlights. The guy at the register recommended a better cleaner, saying that for the one I had, I would need a power drill (to attach to the buffing pad). Good thing he mentioned that! Also, I had some real difficulty at Jiffy Lube, thinking they could install the headlights for me, when it turns out they couldnt. So, when I came back to Advanced Auto looking for a 7mm socket to do the job myself, one of the guys offered to come out and look at it. Next thing I know, hes changing them for me. Did both of them in under 8 minutes and for no charge. What a sweet guy! Overall, Id say the employees there are knowledgable and helpful. Good place to go.

I frequent this place. Here at least every 2 weeks to purchase oil/cleaning products. I expect to be in and out. Check out is always 5+ minutes because staff answers every phone call and handles their inquiry first. Ive complained about this and was told its the managers preference to serve callers first over people THAT ARE PHYSICALLY IN THE STORE. Why should I have to wait to give you my money or even wait to be acknowledge. Theres never an apology or appreciation for my patience. Im sticking to OReily where theres always at minimum 3 reps behind the front counter. Want to get better? Hire someone that only answers phone calls or route it to a call center.

I needed help yesterday with my blinker . I sent my son into to speak with a worker .I cant remember his name but he gave my son a tool and he said he didnt feel like it. My son came out and we didnt know what we were doing. So the guy ended up coming out to show us and said it was more than just the light bulb but didnt offer what it could be so that I could fix it . He left without saying anything like disappeared and my blinker still doesnt work . I advise you to go to different advance auto. I used to go to that one every time I needed something for my car. The gut there was ZERO help because he didnt feel like it...his words...

I needed a battery tested (ended up needing a new battery). When the test initially wouldnt run, the staff was very helpful in explaining why. After I purchased the battery, despite the pouring rain, the staff were extremely helpful in installing the new battery and ensuring everything worked as expected before I left. They also do a very good job organizing the store and ensuring all the isles are clean when they arent busy with a customer. Overall extremely satisfied.

These people know their stuff and provide great customer service. Chad was very helpful to test my old battery which I knew was broken and install a new battery for my car. Even in the windy, below-freezing conditions, he took care and extra time to clean up corrosion from the old battery. The battery price seemed fine, and he recommended some battery washers and grease which Im sure are worth the extra few dollars.

These guys provide excellent customer service. I came in there with a broken windshield wiper and the guy immediately went out to my car and knew right away what the problem was. He tightened the bolts on the wipers for me and set me up with a good quality pair of wipers.. they really go above and beyond and have tons of patience, and this is not the first time theyve helped me when Ive been in a pinch!

These guys are my go-to place for auto parts and assistance. They actually carry wiper blades for my vehicle (something Target consistently has failed at doing), they helped with my dead battery when it needed replacing (including free testing to make sure thats actually what I needed), and they recycle old batteries for free. Ill definitely continue coming here.
