I went last night 12/14/15. The service was complete garbage. After having to search the entire store to find someone to assist me I was told that the display for the specific grill I was looking for was the only one left. I cant fit an assembled grill into my car so I went to the service desk to see if I could get it ordered and delivered to the store by Friday 12/18 the attendant simply answered "probably not" without even checking on the computer. Instead she told me to go check it myself on the computer right beside the service desk. When I got on the computer, the Home Depot website said that the inventory count for the grill I wanted was 5. When I pointed this out to the service desk attendant she told me that number is not accurate and that the only grill left in the store was the display. I walked back over to the grill debating whether or not I should just buy the display grill and come back to pick it up in a truck. While I was standing there another team member walked up and scanned the barcode on the grill and told me that there were, in fact, several more grills in the store that were still in the box, unassembled. The same service desk attendant told me I should go outside to look for it in the "garden" area. After wandering around the garden for 10 minutes I finally found the grill I had been looking for on the very top row of shelving. After tracking someone down again, the attendant I found told me she would go get someone to assist me in getting the grill down from the top shelf. I waited in the garden section for 20 minutes in the cold and no one ever came so I left. DO NOT GO HERE

From the time I walked into the store, every employee I passed spoke to me, asking if I needed any help or assistance or finding anything.Customer service was a great experience for me. The store is well organized and not cluttered, signs posted to find everything easy. Check out was easy and the cashiers were very pleasant and made my shopping experience very easy. Thank you for remembering that customer service is still a big plus for customers. A++++

Signed up for pro benefits as I usually spend about $150-300 per day here. Biggest waste of time ever that pro desk is a joke! Spend half a day in the store trying to save $20 ! Also wont honor my Klein tools warranty anymore ! Got about one more thing to screw me around on and I wont be coming back in this garbage store anymore! Klein tools says specifically that if your retailer wont honor their warranty then you should find another retailer!

It was not the usual visit at HD, none of the associate stop to asked what I was looking or shopping for. I needed help trying to find the right lumber and bolt to put my park bench together. I had also order some products online and had to waits hours before they could locate the purchase. I am going to have to rate them really low because none put forth the effort. Sorry HD get your act together.

Very Very Disappointed !!! I called this store before i drove from Moody, Al. to buy a generator the sales person told me they had a 5700watt generator electric start for 699.00 when i got to the store was told the generator was in the wrong place that this one is 999.99 and could not sale it for 699.00.

Just bought a house so ive been at this home depot religiously. Great service in the paint department. Friendly and prompt. Garden area seems to be sparse with employees. I like the self checkout option and the employees that work that area are always helpful and nice.

My major issue with this Home Depot is that the service is highly variable. Some folks are great, others good but grumpy, others unhelpful. The store is in need of a management upgrade. Go to the one off 459 in Hoover if you have an option - all around excellent store.

Of all the Home Depots in Jefferson County this one in my book is ranked 2nd worse only to the store in Fairfield ,Alabama......Fairfield wins for worst......other stores are much much better
