One or two good workers bend over backwards to make up for the utter buffoonery of most of their staff. I asked a woman a question about an item, she told me to go home and look it up on their website. I bought a nice new washer and dryer, and the hillbillies they sent to install it put them on the wrong sides, and left the machines off-center to the point the dryer door couldnt open all the way. Then they wanted to give me some phone number to call to straighten things out. Total lack of respect for the customer. The blue place next door is going to get all my business from now on.

Customer service has improved consistently over the past two years. The manager, "Johnny" is very good if you have a complaint. He handled an issue very professionally that I had with an employee who had an attitude. I was in the store last week and I believe the same employee assisted me- this time minus the attitude! Kudos to the manager. Hes a good businessman, knows how to treat his customers. The employees are much more helpful than in the past. Still room for improvement in the hour or so before closing time, so I rate it 4 stars.

They sold me a Dryer and a Range and the oven doesnt even work! So I called them and they told ME to call the manufacturer. I shouldnt have to call ANYONE! This is a NEW appliance and the installer shouldve never left until everything was working correctly. Im going to take it back today and get my 500.00 dollars back and go to LOWES. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM HOME DEPOT IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Doesnt even deserve a STAR rating!

My parents had an issue that was devastating, and the manager John Newbern really went way above beyond what he had to. Everyone knows that with the fall of customer service thought todays society this is a breath of fresh air and this manager and store should be commended for his efforts. Thank you very much.

Order online, pick up in store... Nice concept, poor execution. Ordered treated lumber, they picked standard pine. Got that straight then took another 30+ minutes to get a prepicked pallet of mulch loaded in the bed of my pickup. Total pickup time : almost 1 hr for a prepaid, ready for pickup order.
