Once I finally got my countertops, they were great. But they messed up the order for a custom piece and tried to blame me, even though I provided detailed measurements and a drawing in person. They said it was a non-standard size and it wouldve cost extra to make the larger size already in my kitchen and made an executive decision to make the smaller, standard size without consulting me. It took a month for them to fix their mistake. And they still charged me the upcharge for the larger piece. Given the headache, comping the extra $75 seems like a small gesture they couldve made. I did get a free tube of caulk for my troubles, so I guess that made it ok...
