They really do have great stuff at way below cost. But I give them a two because we showed up at 4:20 and knew exactly what we wanted and they still wanted to turn us away and told us that they could not help us. But they didnt say it in that nice of a way. The guys name was Dan. He was very rude and laughed in our face because we said we are sorry but we came an hour to get this tile and didnt know any building supply places that closed at 4:30. He said well we have been here since 7 that morning. I understand that is a long day but its not my fault. He chose to work there. I felt like all the employees hated their job and hated the customers who are walking in 10 minutes before closing. But they could have been very polite about it or even LOCKED THE DOORS at 4:25. Instead they leave the doors open and whoever walks through them they all make sure that those people never come back. They were beyond rude. I really dont know any other business that allows their employees to treat customers that way. I feel sorry for the customer who asked to speak to a manager and told the manager that certain employees were treating other customers in a very bad way. The manager went and told the cashier up front what he said about them and the cashier went and chewed the customer out because he was stating an obvious concern to the manager who then went and cried to the cashier. Its just a sad situation. I hope the owner reads this and tried to make it better for the customers.

Absolutely do not buy anything from these people! I dont care how much money its saving you, its not worth it! My husband and I purchased a large bathroom vanity from them. When they brought it out to the truck it was in a box and my husband asked can you open the box so we can look at it. The employee argued with him that he didnt need to open it, if anything was wrong he could come back and exchange it. Saturday morning we started to do the demo on our bathroom when we opened the vanity it was completely scratched up on one side. One of the drawers was not even finished, it was bare wood. We called them about exchanging it. Mind you we leave 45 minutes away so the last thing we wanted to do was drive out there to exchange it. They close at 2 oclock on Saturdays so we would have been there 10 to 15 minutes after they closed. They absolutely refused to stay the extra 10 minutes to exchange it for us even though we have a lady coming Monday to lay tile around it. Both people I talked to were very rude and nasty! And again refused to stay the extra 10 minutes to exchange it for us even though they would be closed until Wednesday bc of the holiday weekend. Now our whole bathroom renovation is stalled and all we can do is pray to God that we get it done before company comes friday......

If I could give this business no stars I would. The absolute worst experience in a store I have ever had. We came from 3 hours away to do business here because we liked the prices we saw, and we were treated so terribly that I can only describe it as disgusting. Customer service was absolutely atrocious. We had to wait for the gentleman who ran the forklift to bring our cabinets out to the trailer (which he told us to do while he was loading up another customer), by that time it was 2:02 (they close at 2). Because we "kept them past quitting time" and "we all have things to do today maam" they felt the need to state that we would just need to come back another day, when we said we were from out of town and couldnt come another day, they proceeded to slam our cabinets down on the forklift (with no cardboard in between) and proceed to state rude remarks for the duration of the check out (max 5 minutes). We spend almost $2,000 on cabinets which now we discovered are scratched from them rudely throwing them around. I really hope that whoever is the manager or owner of this establishment understands that his extremely rude employees lack any customer service skills whatsoever and are ruining his/her business. For me, I will never return to this store again.

Fantastic place for DIY projects. Dan the manager was extremely helpful and helping us plan out our new kitchen and walking us through each piece in the layout. He also made sure I was aware of all the different bathroom vanity options and answered all-our questions even on things he couldnt supply. The guys working the floor loaded up all our item, we didnt have to lift a finger until we got home. They are VERY strict on their hours so dont walk in 10 mins before closing time and be sure to ask questions because what you see may have other options that you are unaware of. There is a 12% buyers premium tax on top of state tax w/ would be my only complaint but all in all we walked out with 2 toilets 2 bathroom vanuties, 1 42in and 1 36 in with tops and faucets, a full set of kitchen cabinets, 14 in total all w toe kicks for all and filler for cabinets, and a new bathtub all for $3700. They also have a great selection of doors and windows and cant beat there prices on wood trim. If you are looking to redo a kitchen I suggest you talk to Dan about the ones as you first walk in rather than trying to piece together the rejects from the back. 5 stars for sure!!!!

Learn more Me and my mom bought a truckload of tile and kitchen cabinets about two years ago and i was impressed by there stock and a guy name John helped us he was friendly and very helpful. So i returned this week in need of kitchen cabinets, the staff was very rude and unhelpful to me and my wife, they couldnt care if they sold us a screw! We went in three times and received three different quotes for the same cabinets. Finally a guy named Dan helped us and got it right and was very affable! If i did not meet him i was going to spend my thousands of dollars else where. So if you need cabinets i would only talk to Dan. If not some ignoramus will probably help you. I just cant see spending thousands of dollars with unprofessional staff, not all of them are. But good luck if your shopping there! Add photos CANCEL

I read some of the reviews before I decided to post. I had to laugh out loud. I am not sure if they have two Dans working at the place or not, but I have been going to BMO almost every day for the past few weeks trying to build a kitchen. Dan is one of the main reasons I keep going back. He was really the only one who was very friendly to me and went way out of his way to give me ideas to help me and even draw them for me. I thought he was the owner. I have to agree that other employees were not nearly as friendly and the only time they seemed to offer to help was at closing time to get me to leave. I wish more people could be like Dan! Maybe Dan was having a bad day on the other review day or maybe it was a different Dan.
