Its really nice to have a Home Depot conveniently located in Pulaski, but the customer service and employee knowledge is significantly lacking. Occasionally someone will ask if you need help, otherwise everyone is standing around talking about how they spent their weekend. It feels like you are bothering them when you need something or want to check out. Outside of a few key people (like Daryl and Jon), its very clear that employees do not know what they are selling or even why they are selling the products other than to collect a paycheck.

If I could rate this store a negative one, I would. We had nothing but problems. Customer service was extremely poor. We bought a 11,000 dollar air conditioning unit through Home Depot and it was nothing BUT TROUBLE. We are still extremely dissatisfied with the product, installation, and entire experience...to add to it, no one at this location seemed to offer ANY support. Please, please, do no business with this company.

Customer service was extremely lacking. Really bad experience with the appliance department and the door and windows department was a miserable experience! The door I ordered took weeks longer than I was told to come in and it was delivered without the hardware which took two more weeks and it was not the hardware I had ordered. Not happy not shopping there again.
