If you need to buy something off the shelf this store is ok. But never I mean never order something and expect someone to call you when its in because they wont. I ordered cabinets from this store and the sales person told me that they would be in in two weeks and never called me like she said that she would. So two weeks later I called the store and talked to the general manager Harold and he had no clue on where my order was. He then said he would call me the next morning and that never happened. So now Im calling there so I can get my money back. And the only reason Im giving this store one star is because they wont let my post this without rating it. If I could give this store a negative star rating it would be a negative 4.

Im only giving one star because its making me. i came in with measurements and they sold me 20 more blocks than i needed, but no biggie, i have another project im doing that i can use that for. if i need to come in and get a brick or two cut down by an inch or two no problem is what i was told. well its a problem now that i paid and went home with the item. they dont offer that service and refuse to tell me who can, even though they say they know who can help me, theyre not allowed to say who because i can buy that stuff at the store to cut the blocks myself. is what i was told 3 times. im reporting them to the bbb.

After my first visit there Ive had nothing but issues... It seems this store doesnt really value customer service, nor apparently direct the front desk help to be at all helpful or considerate. There are a couple decently knowledgeable and helpful staff throughout the store, but go elsewhere if you have any questions (especially if it involves the front desk "customer service").

All in all we have said prices there most of the staff was knowledgeable and friendly pretty good experience and it wasnt overpriced except for the motor oil I think everybodys just high on motor oil lately other than that I give them for stars nice friendly environment

Terrible. The cashier said she was pregnant and could not lift up an empty 27 gallon storage bin. But she did put 6 pounds of screws in the same bag and put them in my cart.

A great place to buy corn brooms. In fact its the best Menards location on planet earth. I love the vintage Menards logo.
