Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I needed a nut for my guitar and three members of the team were on the case looking everywhere for something that would fit. Even though I only racked up a bill of 16 cents, I was treated with the same customer service and friendliness that I would expect with a much larger purchase. Philips Ace Hardware is there to help no matter how big or small your endeavor. Thats exactly why I will always be a repeat customer.

Huge selection of home improvement goods. The staff is extremely helpful and will go out of there way to make sure you get exactly what you need for your project. Electrical, plumbing, fertilizer, paint, Carhartt, lots of tolls, and even a gift shop with Swarovski crystal! If this place does not have something you probably dont need it. Would definitely recommend to any home owner or DIY person.

Ive always liked the "hometown" feel of going to an Ace Hardware store (except for the seemingly always higher prices), and this store has so many little extras that add upon any other Ace Ive ever been to: UPS shipping, Fannie Mae chocolate shop, a mini gift shop, storage facilities ... the list goes on but the sheer variety will keep me coming back just to see what theyll have next.

I love them! I bought a gallon of paint using a paint chip from another store, that isnt available anymore. Just before I started painting, I realized it was the wrong color. I went back and they exchanged it for the right color with no questions asked.
