My brother died Thursday. He loved Magnolia trees. His funeral is Monday and we have been serching for a magnolia bush for the wake. I called the nusery and was told there was a few left.....due to all the funeral related tasks we were not able to get in until today. My husband and I searched the Entire department for a long time without success. Then we searched again. No luck. Not wanting to let my brother down we finally asked a young man in the nusery dept if he thought he could help us find one. He was busy, but stopped what he was doing and went to help us look.....lo and behold he found one for us!! We were so grateful that he went above and beyond when he didnt have to. We Thank him from the bottom of our hearts. Sincere Gratitude, Mitch and Kim Orsburn PS I m so sorry I did not catch his name, but he is quite an asset to your team!

Lower prices than Home Depot and Lowes. Good selection. Never have to search for an employee (unlike the aforementioned). They usually offer you help loading large/heavy items without you having to ask. Easy return policy. Also, you can save big money or even get free items with their rebates if you dont mind the hassle. Granted they are in the form of store credit which some people complain about but Ive received over a grand in rebates from them while Ive never gotten any rebate from the other stores. P.S. Giving a store a bad review because they dont have their hours posted on this page is not helpful to the people who are looking for a review of the store itself. You sound like a bunch of whiners. Purchased a chainsaw here that I found out had a common issue with the starting cord not retracting. Well with their brilliant policy you wont know the issue will happen unless you start the chainsaw. I called them and they stated per their policy they wont return it because I started it. I simply stated that I didnt want a full return I actually wanted store credit so I can purchase a different one for a few hundred dollars more than what I paid. The guy on the phone was extremely rude to me so I told him to get bent. Havent shopped here willingly in a few years.

Menards is my preferred store for hardware and other DIY needs. The prices are generally very good, especially compared to their competition, and an always-changing variety of products keeps me coming back. At times, the apparent tendency of employees at the registers not to react quickly enough when longer lines of customers start forming gets annoying; however, Id still recommend this Menards store just for the great prices and selection.

Left my wallet on a shelf after having a window blind rod cut to size by an employee. Returned two minutes later and wallet was missing. Invited store manager to review security tapes to identify the culprit, which certainly was not a patron. The store wasnt busy and that particular department was deserted. 5 minutes later they produced the wallet but would not provide any details.

Terrible customer service. Returned some lumber. Tried to put money back on my card but couldnt because my identity was stolen and have a new card. So they want to give me an in store credit, yet the money has been taken out of my account. Then they give you customer service that you cant talk to. I will never shop at this store again.

Awful service and management. Service was short, unfriendly and product was not delivered as promised. Manager was unresponsive and clearly didnt care about the service provide. This is a HUGE store and there is NOBODY in there and I can see why. if negative numbers were possible Id give it.

Prices are always great. Its our go-to for home products. (We just spent months remodeling our house... so lots of visits!) The staff is hit or miss. Either extremely helpful, or just more of a hinder than a help.... Check out lines take a while. But hey. Great prices. And good selection.

We love this place! Doors, trim, paint, plumbing, carpet, outdoor garden, etc...they even sell some food items! I think thats a little hokey, but my wife likes the soup and dry goods. So there ya have it. A great place for the do-it-yourself-era.

The service was great. Three people were involved and all were very pleasant to deal with. The only thing that would have made this experience any better is if they could have come to my house and unloaded the 50 bags of rubber mulch. LOL.

Agree with previous comment.. POST YOUR HOURS! One big advantage to using google maps in mobile, is to see hours of business without having to call the business.. saves my time and the retailers time for other matters..

I absolutely love this store!!! Where else can you go for lumber and also pick up dinner? It is sometimes hard to find employees and usually theyre too busy when you do find them but dont give up. The store is huge.

Service here is not the best. Some are good to help you but most are high school kids or young adults that dont know what they are talking about or act like they are bothered when you ask them where something is.

Substandard for a Menards. Many departments are smaller than the typical Menards floor plan. However, the staff is kind and despite being inexperienced and undersized, they try hard.

Its been a month since ordering supplies to build a garage. Menards hasnt delivered yet and does not have any ETA yet. They have told me they would call me back but they never have.
