Paint department is the worst I have ever experienced. Gave paint code and name and was told it didnt exist. After searching through the paint colors and finding it myself, they finally agreed that it existed. But before they started to mix the paint that I had been waiting about 30 minutes for, they took a phone call and walked away for about 10 minutes. Customers on the phone are more important than the ones in the store. Will be going to Sherman Williams for my paint from now on.

Being in Jasper and surrounded by true farmers and do-it-yourselfers, its no wonder why this particular location really shines. The products they sell, the employees typically use. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their stock of herbs, fruit trees, and vegetables is always fresh and they take well when planted.

I own rental property and also do handyman work and have been using our Home Depot since it opened its doors. Yes...I have purchased some big ticket items that were defective, however, all problems were handled quickly and professionally without any hassle. I highly recommend this store.

Comparatively, to Lowes, very small selection of hardware and drill bits. As well, the customer service is minimal, if existent at all. If there were a Lowes within 60 miles of me, Id have gone there hands down.
