I experienced some horrible, Comcast-level, customer service at this store. I dropped off a screen door to be repaired after first calling ahead to describe the problem to be sure it could be fixed. The man who was assigned to fix it received the door when I dropped it off. He said he couldnt give me an estimate on when it would be done. So I waited a week and called and was told it would be done in two days. Three days go by and I call again. The man who was to fix it wasnt at the shop that day and they asked that I call back the following day. Call back. Hes still not there. Call back two days later (now two weeks after drop off) and Im told "it cant be fixed." The repairman said he left a message with me. No messages received or missed calls from the store. When asked why he didnt tell me he couldnt fix it when I brought it in he said "there is no excuse." Wow. I will avoid this place like the plague and urge others to do so as well.

most people grow fall vegetables they always run out of kale seeds they have all other seeds like turnip green seeds which arent benefical thats why people buy kale seeds cause its health Benefical should make them think hmmmm!!! we need to order more when I asked about another shipment they said there not getting any more in thats when gardners and farmers start planting fall vegetables is now sept and Oct perfect weather how can I support a local hardware store when they arent trying to make an effort of what I need you wonder why people go online and order else where this makes the 3rd year in a row and please just a suggestion if something sells out like kale seeds put them in a bigger container instead of coffee cans thanks
