Bought a refrigerator at home depot with extended warranty. It broke down so i called home depot warranty department, they called a & e repair services who is the servicer for home depot and a month later they tell me it will be at least another 10 days that i have to do without a refrigerator. Know wonder a & e has a rating of 1.2 . So when the customer has to go 45 day without a refrigerator the home warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.

We went to get flooring the other night. We were blown away at the customer service. Demarcus helped us pick out and load the flooring we wanted. At many home improvement stores its a struggle to find someone to help you. Demarcus offered to help almost immediately, got us the right cart, and stayed with us until we were ready to check out. Lowes is closer to where we live, but home Depot is worth the drive.

I went to the Customer Service counter as directed to pick up my online order. I was then told that my order was being held at the contractors desk and that I needed to go there. It would have been much better if I had been told that in the pick up email.
