One star because of one HUGE issue. Do not buy any sort of lock here! I was looking for a padlock when I realized all the locks in stock use the same key. Its not until you dig back 4+ locks in a row that you find a lock that uses a different key. When I informed an employee they just brushed it off. Every person that buys the same lock gets the same key that can open all the locks. If youre not buying a lock here this is a great store, but avoid home security of any sort from this place.

Returned a new mower that was defective. I bought a bottom of the line mower which was the least expensive and the frame was bent just enough to keep the blade hitting it. But all of the associates and I mean 3 or r of them were so friendly and helpful. So my experience would have been a 5 if not for the defective mower.

I just want to say how much I appreciated Anthonys help today. I told him I was a widow that never had to make depot trips until I lost my husband. He helped me find not only the correct light bulbs I needed, (his area) but he also helped me find other items. You have a good employee in this young man. 7/25/17.

For a delivery be sure to be at the destination all day theres no time frame is a ramdom time they might be delivering between the "time frame" if you are a stay at home person you will be ok besides that take a day off if missed they will call you when they already left.

People were helpful. Found things online with ho.e depot site and aisle & bin locations. Also got a great discount on some damaged timbers. Dont forget if you are a Veteran and have proof (Easy in Tennessee as it can be on your drivers license) you get 10% off.
