Im a truck driver and just delivered here with a 53ft semi. They have got so much mulch and other junk back around the docks, its a accident waiting to happen. Ran over a board and put a nail in one of tires. Just hope it doesnt go flat and blow out on highway and hurt someone. Youd think that a multimillion dollar company would make it easier, more accessible, and safer to make a simple delivery. Took almost half an hour to back in because of the pallets blocking movement. Shame on you Home Depot. Thought you were smarter than this.

HD has always been my fav hardware store. They never disappoint when it comes to good customer service. You can always find somebody to help you and they are always friendly and courteous, a commodity that is hard to find nowadays. Keep up the good work guys. Ive lived in Louisiana, Arizona and now Tennessee, across the board way better than the leading competitor where their people act like they are the ones doing you a favor and hard to find somebody in the store to help you.

Much smaller store than normal... No rentals... Smaller selection of wood. Update: Very disappointed with one staff member at this store. I went in looking for a fan to cool my garage. When I asked where I could find them, this associate said that they were a seasonal item and that they werent out on the floor yet. He said they were in the back store room... Thats it. Didnt offer to get the one I wanted. Just walked away. I went to Walmart instead.

This is the third time I have tried to get someone to help me with paint and a simple plumbing part. There are not enough associates and the ones who are there are not proactive about helping. A man jumped in front of me to "just ask a question" when I had been patiently waiting to ask a question. The paint associate allowed this and kept talking to him. I am done with Home Depot....Sherwin Williams always has people to help!

The liberal man hater at the front desk is a hoot.. I was nice and she seemed to just hate the I was standing in front of her.. Maybe it was because of my American flag hat.. She did seem rather focused on it. Im rating this place one star because of her lack of personability and obvious attitude.
