Always have used Menards since I was young following my dad there to get supplies for his connection business. Here recently Ive made numerous upgrade to my home including flooring. This time I had the work with an employee directly to get what I need. Tyler in the flooring Dept was very knowledgeable about his products. He gave me detailed info about product manufacturer recommendations and as well as steered me to what products better suited my needs. We walked out with 1300sq foot of carpet and vinyl flooring. Very happy with service! Ask for Tyler if in flooring Dept and need assistance

After experiencing poor customer service at Lowes I went to Menards in Camby to look at refrigerators. Melody was very helpful and she even found they had the special order color that I wanted in stock. Yeah, I purchased it. Amanda set up the delivery and called on Sunday after she noticed a discrepancy in the delivery date. The refrigerator was delivered today right on schedule. Both women provided excellent customer service which is very rare nowadays and I want to say Thank You to both of them. With customer service this good I will be shopping at Menards.

No problems with Menards as a company, but we had an issue with some paint and had questions. One of the paint associates was quick to make sure we knew there was nothing he could do to help. Lowes paint department on the other hand was very helpful with our simple question and had us leaving as happy customers. We will be driving the extra distance to Lowes from now on.

This Menards consistently disgusts me! I would discourage anyone from even entering it. The staff is bored, do not care about customers and are rude! Since Lowes price matches, why would anyone ever inflict such rude treatment upon themselves by choice?

I love this place. Me and my son go shopping here all the time. The best experience Ive had was with a young man in paint. I believe his name was Andrew. He helped match the color that I brought in. And was so friendly and polite.

Called to see if they re key locks, they said yes. I get there, and they tell me they only do it for locks bought from them.... when I told them that. They acted rude.... They could have been nice about it..

Ive been standing at the customer service desk for a half hour while three punk kids are chatting it up behind the counter. So when I yell at them in a second Im gonna be the bad guy. This is why I go to lowes!

Nice size Menards. The staff was helpful but uninformed which is pretty typical at most Menards that I have visited. Tons of cheap stuff if you dont care about the quality.
