I had an emergency where I needed frames and mattes for 6 of my drawings ASAP. I walked in and Thien helped me right away, knew what he was talking about, and cut my mattes within 10 minutes when everywhere else said it would take a few days. He was super nice and wrapped everything I bought up nicely instead of putting it in a bag where it could get bent or scratched. A+ for Thien! Probably the most helpful person Ive ever encountered out of every Michaels Ive ever been to.

Michaels carries fun craft supplies and always has coupons!! You almost never have to pay full price. They have painting supplies, drawing, baking and much more! Very fun place to wander around and spend time in!

A bit cramped, store has everything bunched together. Except staff is hard to find when I need them. Its a fine store with the supplies I need. I tend to have good luck in comparison to other craft stores.
