I am a long time customer of Michaels, and I will say this is my first unpleasant experience. I was very excited to make some dorm decor that was minecraft themed and I discussed my idea with the sales associate at the register. She proceeded to tell me that "minecraft is freaking stupid." She was extremely rude and took all the fun out of making my decor. Ive worked in costumer service for several years, and I would never tell someone that something they like is stupid. She could have easily said she doesnt know anything about minecraft or she doesnt play. I really hope she learns how to talk to customers and doesnt make someone else feel so bad about something they enjoy.

The store is setup like most Michaels stores. They have a good selection of items for crafts and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The framing section is spearheaded by some of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met.
