Like all Hobby Lobbys, this one is a huge letdown and a melting pot of corporate negligence. After placing a raincheck for an extremely important order which was crucial to the decorating of my wedding reception (and being told it would take 3-4 days... after the rude saleslady made me practically sign an oath swearing that I would pick my order up...) I waited two weeks for them to come. Then when I never heard from them, I called to check on my order-- and after being put on hold twice and talking to two different people, the ulta-rude manager told me my order had never been placed and that now they would be put on order from Kansas City or something. WOW-- hate this place. Go ANYWHERE else. Amazon. Oriental Trade. Avoid Hobby Lobby...

This store needs to implement a better checkout system that scans barcodes and checks for clearance, because they manually type in items it seems which means that clerks miss the clearance stickers on items if they do not pay attention. I was charged full price for an item I got from the clearance area, which made it 4.99 instead of 2.99.

this is my favorite store but sadly I dont buy a lot here just because I am usually never needing anything from them! I buy a lot of art supplies though from the store and staff is friendly, dont know why but I LOVE this store during Christmas time or holidays they are just upbeat and have a lot decorations.

Nice selection of art supplies, with an overwhelming dose of Christianity shoved down your throat. Next time I need supplies it will be worth it to drive to Michaels and Jo-Anns just to skip the proselytizing.

I love Hobby Lobby! Many arts and crafts to choose from. The store is well-lit, the cashiers are very friendly, and they have a good return policy. I shopped here in college for some things.
