Excellent customer service everyone seems very knowledgeable no matter what craft question you ask. Cashiers actually know how to wrap stained glass sheets. Management will go out of their way to be helpful.

HL has an expansive inventory.... but, plan to pay about a 10% premium on almost everything you buy. Oh, and dont be in a hurry at the checkout, it will always be a 15 minute wait in line experience.
