I shop here often and right now they have some great clerks but that can be hit and miss. There is a lot of turnover and often the clerks know nothing about the craft department and items they sell. That can be a bit frustrating at times, especially when buying something like a die cutting/embossing machine and noone is there that knows the first thing about what dies or plates work with which machines. They have a good jewelry department, limited stamping and paper craft department. Wish they would take out the junk $1 stuff and put in glass, fusing supplies and more mixed media supplies. They need to keep more up to date with what people are doing art/craft wise. Our local store has been here for years and has been updated several times. Prices can be a bit high but they honor competitors coupons, provide a lot of their own coupons and deals but once Michaels comes to town they will be hard pressed to keep the hard core artists/crafters. Still I would hate to see them go out of business.
