Helping Hand Reviewers
Over the last year, I have been in here at least once a weekend, if not more. While everyone is friendly, Marcus is absolutely fantastic. I have yet to see him with anything less than a smile and a loud "Hello" for every single customer that walks through the door. He will be checking customers out at two different registers and yet still manage to give each the personal service they deserve. I went into the store 2 days after a hurricane went through and left many in Tallahassee without power. A lot of the Joannes staff was unable to make it to work but Marcus was there and while I could tell that he was stressed, he was still his usual wonderful self. Hes helpful and just overall a fantastic representative for Joanne. I dont know how much he is making but it is most definitely not enough.

No WAY will I go back here..My visit was the WORST EVER! Cannot find anyone to help you, they look at you and go the other way. Tried to find cotton thread and all the woman did was point! I said yea, that way but where? She acted like it was inconvenient to even show me. I can get good service somewhere else, so I tried the new place Bernina connection at village square. Very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is more relaxing too. Joanns need to find decent help or close up!

Im a guy and I even love this place. They help me with fabric when I need it, I just did a headliner in a friends car and they recommended the fabric to use which turned out very nice. The cashier gave us a great discount and if you use the coupons online, you can get 20% off or five dollars off a larger purchase. Using the app helps to with the regards to saving money. Joannes is my favorite craft shop in Tallahassee period.

This is a nice Joanns, but every time I go there its horrible trying to park. There are a lot of restaurants in the plaza so be sure to go when it isnt a mealtime if you dont want to drive around for ten minutes waiting for someone to leave. That aside, they really have a lot of fabric for their size and their seasonal stuff is really nice.

This place is great and the prices on the fabrics are very reasonable. They sell a Singer machine for $129.99 which at Walmart they sell for $179.99, so this is definitely a great deal. I really enjoyed the place and it is going to be one of my favorite places to buy arts and crafts.

I only suggest going here for fabrics; their art and crafts selection is really quite poor compared to other JoAnn locations. That said, they have the BEST selection of fabric in town, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

This is a smaller store than Im use to. I come from an area that has 2 JoAnns the size of Walmart. But in a pinch you can find most of the things you need here. Staff is friendly and helpful

Even though we probably spend a fortune here they have a wide selection of fabric. Busy!!!! Be prepared to stand in line to get fabric cut and again when checking out!

One day coupons can be used, next time you get embarrassed at the register when the store "policy" changes and they wont take coupons. Super frustrating!
