Had questions about why certain items were not priced on sale when they were in the same category as other things I bought that were on sale. Manager was extremely rude and couldnt explain to me why except it was a different category even though all the things were large pictures. I will be driving out of my way too a different location just so I dont have to Dell with the rudeness.

The store is still in great shape after the remodel and it is so nice to have a Hobby Lobby on both sides of Kalamazoo. Regardless of how I feel about the executive business practices THIS store has a great Store Director (Dave) and its a nice place to shop.
