I normally love going to this Hobby Lobby. After yesterdays visit, I have changed my mind completely. Was a bit busy, which is usually the case with this store, they always have good sales, and great selections. I stopped in for some pre-made bows, and had a hard time getting any answers from the employees on the floor. The girl that I asked had basically no knowledge of their inventory. Then when I finally found something suitable, the checkout lines were backed up. I waited in line for apx. 10-15 minutes and it never moved. Someone kept calling over the intercom for all available cashiers to come to their registers, but that never happened. There was 2 lines open, and one girl was closing up. I hate to say it, but theyre getting as bad as the other major craft store!!

My all time favorite store. However, recently there have been times when I would rather shop online. I had a recent purchase that was suppose to be less than 15$. The lady keyed in a item that cost .79 cent as 7.99$ I noticed that it was extremely pricey so as my cousin checked out I was going over my receipt. I explained to the lady that something was wrong because I hadnt purchased any item at 7.99 much less two. I was very polite but the lady was extremely snappy with me. After she realized her mistake she was apologetic. They refunded the money back to my card but it took two days to process. It was very frustrating. The check out lines get very backed up too so if your in a hurry, which I always am with a baby in tow, Id suggest shopping online.

The best things about Hobby Lobby are the helpful staff, large selection, good sales and the 40% off one item coupons. The big sale section is usually to the right half way down as one comes in the door, usually seasonal items. There is also a clearance section all the way to the back of the store in the right corner. It is best to pull up the 40% off coupon on your phone before going into the store, since Internet is sketchy inside.

I love shopping at hobby lobby but today I went to return a pack of party cups that were leftover from a birthday party. The cashier, Cara, was extremely rude. She actually counted the cups as if I would try to return something that I had used. She need to be trained better she was also being rude to a elderly woman who was also trying to make a return.

I love hobby lobby but I wish this store was a bit more organized. Ive gone several times and no one is at a register and there just seems to be general confusion. Also, the younger woman in the fabrics department isnt too friendly and doesnt seem to enjoy her job. She never smiles and always acts like she is being bothered when asked for help.

Store is nice. Issues I normally have are prices. They dont scan the product, they type it in. IF a product is on sale, YOU must tell them or they wont ring it up right. Very aggravating. Also maybe 2 registers open at anytime (even holidays). They seem to have a ton of people working there but only a few that can run a register.

So frustrating to go in and not find anyone working there to cut fabric. I walked the store, rang the bell and never found a single person. I also watched3 peoples head of me walkway without getting their fabric cut. I love what they have but getting help is at times very difficult.

for the people who say it takes forever t check out and complain about any of the stores customer service...remember patience is a virtue. I have had great service at this store and if I see someone is busy or short staffed I try to understand and find my own way

Absolutely love this place but it takes forever to check out. Therefore, alot of us get frustrated and leave without purchasing any items. I thought Walmart was bad. Employees need to be more friendly and more lanes open otherwise no other complaints.

Really expensive but almost the only place to get crafting supplies in town, staff not friendly at all to anyone young (actually incredibly rude at times). They sometimes close early by about 30 minutes

We did not know that they framed pictures. Had an award reframed in less time and less money than framing shops locally. Fantastic job, very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you. Will be back.

Its a great, clean store. My only complaint is a few times the employees have had no clue where an item I am looking for is, but they always stay with me until its found.

Overall a great place with very nice helpful employees. More basic picture frames are overpriced but catch them at the right time for an awesome sale!!

Strange people zooming through isles- watch out! Screaming children no one does anything about. Prices way too high unless u use a coupon.
