"I believe excellent service is a duty, not a choice." Worst customer service ever. They told me they were the expert in framing. Then when they make a mistake its the me the customers fault. Ordered a $335 frame and they blamed me for the frame being the wrong size. I gave them the measurement two different times. There expert said he needed to make it 1/8 bigger. That caused the frame to be to large. The resolution was to offer to charge me $75 more for a filler. When I refused to pay any more they gave me a refund and kept the frame. I waisted my time and energy dealing with this company and will never have anyone in my family to shop there again. The store managers name was Kim Morison.The store manager was rude and when I got upset with her she acted like it was my fault she was rude. The lack of good customer service in this company is why I will be taking my business to Hobby Lobby.

Was highly disappointed by the rude treatment of the framing department associate this past weekend. She was short with answers to questions about custom framing and then conveniently "forgets" to call me when my order is ready for pickup the next day!!!! If I ever need framing again, will definitely go elsewhere!!!!! Rude and no reason for it.
