I work in consumer sales and this was a genuinely bad experience. I approached THREE women and politely asked where I could find the journals. After 5 sec of awkwardness (as if there was no logic behind looking for a writing journal in a hobby store) one woman gives the vague direction of "other side of store by cards" Thank you by the way. After departing to find it on my own, I found that the journal selection was .... Well I guess writing is no longer a hobby or I never found the section. The small section that was available was very feminine journals. My wife used to buy her tie dies here. I cannot allow it any longer. My suggestion is classroom instruction and hands on training working with consumer sales. A store like this, customer service should be nothing less than exceptional.

Great place with great people. I often take my child here to just wonder around and find new things for her to do. She has been largely into crafts, being at that age, and this place continually blows her mind. In order to help her remember things Ill make large boards around the house to help her learn and this place has everything for a good price.

My wife loves this place and can spend hours shopping. Im done after about ten minutes so this five star rating is for her. It is a great place for crafts and small home decorations. I like it better than Michaels or other similar stores that Ive been dragged into.

I love this place for many reasons... There was a mistake in some of the fabric I purchased. I didnt notice until a couple of days later. I couldnt find my receipt, but the manager fixed the problem anyway!

Always a great place to visit for crafting needs! The only small drawback is that they are closed on Sundays. While I absolutely understand why, it can sometimes be inconvenient.
