I would avoid this place if possible. My experience is that the employees are uninformed about the products and will not assume responsibility for misinformation they provide... I recently purchased about 2,000 sqft of solid hardwood for this location. Sales representative (Karen) firmly stated the hardwood was custom milled in Georgia, included a full lifetime warranty and the product required a full payment for large quantity custom orders. Once it got time for our order to come in, we could not get a definite answer as to when our order would be arriving for pickup and after several phone calls I finally got an answer. All boxes of hardwood and pallets had clearly stated MADE IN CHINA all over them. When questioning about the discrepancy, they assure me that they would pass California standard for formaldehyde level. They would not provide a refund (Hardwood for China is not what I thought I was buying) and would only exchange for store credit or for more expensive wood made in the USA (I would have to pay the difference, Not falling for that Again). I had the installers scheduled and could not wait for a new shipment of wood. As I was getting the final pallet loaded (reluctantly stuck with wood I did not order), a manager (Darryl?) spoke to me and mentioned several times that all he knows is that the wood is manufactured in Georgia.... I had to correct him about the origin of the wood once again and I left with all of the hardwood. This is now a week later and I still have not seen any documentation about the alleged warranty on the Hardwood I purchased (Finally got that). They wood is slightly darker than the sample shown in the store. I called and emailed only to receive lackadaisical responses from the sales staff (Karren and Darryl). Essentially they are claiming they never said the wood was milled or manufactured in Georgia and are giving me alot of information about the safety of the wood. They do not see the issue with the misinformation that led me to make a large purchase under false pretenses. It is nice that the wood is safe but it still does not change the fact that I bought wood being told that it was made in the USA and received wood that was made in CHINA. Essentially, Stovers has decent prices, terrible customer service, and fraudulently business/sales tactics.

Although I havent purchased anything from there yet I plan to. I walked in with a piece of kitchen tile that I needed replacing. We recently bought a new house a my daughter was playing in the kitchen and it broke off. I spoke with Mike who was extremely helpful and very friendly. Its very rare to see customer service that good anywhere anymore. Although even though Stovers would not have made very much money at all on my purchase he made me feel very important and like I was spending a ton of money there. I highly recommend this store.

Stuff are nice, their policies are suck (no refund no return )make you pay for everyone mistake and protect them. I lost about $ 3000 because they order me kitchen cabinets instead of bathroom vanities. The only way to get your money back is to go through Claim court which I decide not to do becaus of a time issue. i red the reviews before I dealed with them but I did not learn and I learned the hard way. Its my 1st time writing a bad review, good luck

Stowers has great items at a discounted price. People dont know they sell candy on bulk, stoves, sinks, washer dryers, cabinets, doors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, toilets, all flooring (it may have a few flaws but character), backdplash, pavers, etc. You just have to go dig around but its insane. So reasonable and you can haggle with the too. But no cash refunds!

When you place your order and they say granite is ncluded! Make sure you ask about how much more will it cost! I was told granite was included but thats not the case, I had to pay more to get them to insatll it.

Gave one star because zero was not an option. They ripped me off by selling me junk tile and not allowing me to return it until a judge ordered it. Do not buy anything from these rip-off artists.
