Well.. we drove 45 minutes needed siding, and wanted to look at area rugs. We were debating between 2 rugs and wanted to see the rug on the floor. But the woman told us it was too much of a hassle to take them down. The markings are on the floor she said all you have to do is look at them to tell how big it will be. SIDING: the guy behind the counter was very nice, said the woman was wrong for not showing the rugs. But sent us outside to get the siding. After going outside to the building area only to find out it was on the inside :/ while my husband was looking for somebody to help him i watched another gentlemen wander the building pickup area trying to find someone to help him as well.. Good grief.. whole experience was .. I as a customer am not worth the time of your assistance :( well go back to South Haven next time:/ But on a positive note.. they DID have the siding we needed when nobody else did ! Just expected more for it being Menards.. used to be our favorite place!

Customer Service girl tried to be helpful but to no avail. Ordered air mattress online and received ised unit missing battery and control. Offered to exchange in store but did not have same model. Had to pay $30 more for similar model. Store price $74.99. Five days ago ordered exact same model from Amazon for $59.99 and free 1 day shipping. So needlesss to say I got screwed by Menards as company will be there tonight. Had they se t a new and not used model tbe first time I would have been happy.

Very bad treatment today! They i guess thought i was a thief bought dog food last thurs came back today its on sale they said they would give back the difference between what i paid and sale price ok not said i picked up more expensive dog food they had up wrong sale sign wouldnt honor Ed store manager changed the sign while i stood there so i cane home 1:15 minute drive and took a pic to show them. From mow on I will go to a different menards to get the only food our dog can eat

Dead Saturday

Called in just to see if my lost wallet was there spent roughly twenty seconds on the call and the woman I spoke with didnt seem to care nor tried to resolve the issue in any way , said it wasnt there and that was the end of it , prices are very competitive but other than that customer service needs a lot of work, btw when I called it was section 22 to front of house manager , scary if that was the manager I spoke with ( oh yeah they didnt introduce themselves either )

Self-aware Adventure

Front end manager Jeff is a jerk. What happened to customer service?! You dont hand receipts to customers, I go outside and come right back and its ripped up and no apology, only "you should have read the sign", make me wait 15min for a new receipt. Rude rude rude

Staff appears to well tend customers with a smile. If asked an question without answer they have taken the time to find someone with the answer. The people at the lumber counter are very helpful.

I cant even deal with how bad customer service is at Menards. No one goes out of the way to ask you if you need help. And when you ask for help, they know nothing.

I shop at Menards often. Today I needed to exchange an item. I had my receipt and return was swift and easy. Customer Service clerk was pleasant and helpful.

Rude staff. The nicest person we encountered was a gentlemen in the parking lot who help load our hot water heater in our truck. He was not a Menards employee.
