Very poor customer service! I went with my my sister the bride and the girls to find our bridesmaids dresses and had the worst experience. Not to mention we had called ahead of time before going to make sure we could be attended and the lady we spoke with told us to come on over that they werent that busy. Once we got there, the staff never approached us to see what we needed help with and when we did ask them for help, they treated us is as if they didnt want our business. The response I received when I wanted to try on dresses was that all the fitting rooms where full and to my suprise they were empty. What they had was another set of girls sitting outside of dressing room and drinking. When I finally found one dressing room, all the girls had to squeeze in there to try on the dresses. Once I found one I wanted to buy, the lady put every excuse possible to say even if I paid to rush it, it would come in 2 weeks before the wedding. I told her that was fine but if she could assure me if it would come by then and her response was no I cant so if you dont get it your loss. She was rude and even told me to try going to Group USA. Never in my life have I heard of a store representative to send customers to another competitior. For a so called botique, it lacks professionalism in their staff and service. So glad we took our business elsewhere where they do value their customers! Dont recommend this place if you want the bride to enjoy her experience with her bridesmaids.

While the dress selection was good the service was horrible. We had an appointment at 10:00 and the store attendants watched us arrive and stand outside the front door while it remained locked until 10:05. With a glass front door we could see the employees standing at the front desk doing their hair while we were forced to wait outside. It was overall extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming compared to the other bridal/bridesmaids salons in the area. I would highly suggest venturing downtown to Bella Bridesmaids instead, they had an even larger selection, with a beautiful store and wonderful staff. The same dress found at beside the bride also ran $20 cheaper at Bella.

I went this past saturday to this boutique ready to find my bridesmaids dresses and unfortunately the customer service was poor quality. We went well before closing time, but yet still felt that they were rushing us out. I wanted to order a dress for my maid of honor and the lady attending us put every excuse possible as to why the dress wouldnt get here in time even if I paid extra to rush it! We decided to go elsewhere and I found the same dress and came out cheaper at Terry Costa. They were rude and very unprofessional. Dont recommend coming here as a Bride or bridesmaid if you want to enjoy your experience.

Beside The Bride is a fairly new business and is for sure the "go to" for Mom of the groom or bride dresses, brides maid dresses, and even prom dresses. I am in my 50s and brought 7 of my childhood friends there to shop for 2 Mom of the brides dresses. The staff there made our experience a fun and memorable time. Its nice to be waited on by Diane and Terri who have that talent of choosing dresses for every figure and the etiquette along with the honesty of delivering a service you dont often see in specialty shops. And we loved the pairing of the "Soreli" jewelry with the dresses. Keep up the good work ladies!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my bridesmaid dress here. Sara was extremely competent in helping me find the perfect dress and made the experience peaceful and enjoyable. She was very attentive and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I left the store very pleased. I would definitely recommend this boutique and plan to return in the future myself!

This is the worst place Ive been to. From the get go the lady said oh we wont have dresses that will fit your bridesmaid. Did not introduce herself. Belittled me when I took a picture of a dress and told me how I wasnt going to find it online you can only order here. Well okay? I want to keep the style in mind? I wasnt going to go look it up.

Diane Baum was awesome at making me feel like a queen for my daughters wedding. She helped me with shoes and jewelry too! She really accented my pros and played down my cons. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to look their very best! Thank you so much sweet lady!

Unfortunately, the staff didnt even pay attention to our bridal party. We had to look for them to ask questions. It was almost like they didnt want us to buy anything from them. We were so excited to look for our bridesmaid dresses but sadly we didnt get any help here.
