Be careful what you buy at this Bridal Store. They are extremely good at ripping you off. I walked into this store to purchase a tiara for my wedding reception. The day I went in I spoke to a younger lady and she stated that I could put a deposit on a tiara and then if I choose to go a different route I could get my deposit back. I called today to ask them to do the refund and the male owner stated that once the deposit was made I could not get the refund. This place does not know how to value the customer, the male proceeded to tell me that the tiara was a very popular item that could have already been sold, so I asked them then wouldnt it make sence to refund me my money if he knew he could sell it. He was a very ignorant man, who did not show any knowledge in how to run a business. DO NOt Shop here, you will end up regreting your whole Shopping experience.

I took my wedding gown here upon advice of some others in town. They are nice enough people. However, the seamstress hardly looked at me or took what I wanted seriously. She took 4 INCHES! too much from the shoulders and her stitches on other alterations looked like a 6 year old just learning to sew. They never answer their phone and wont provide a refund. Just awful work. AWFUL! And they suggested using VELCRO on the bottom of my dress so that we could remove it at the reception. VELCRO! who wants VELCRO in their wedding gown. Dont go here if you want care given to your gown.

Absolutely BEST!!! STORE IN TOWN. Everybody who works at the store are very polite and helpful. They are very honest with you and try to do as much as they can to make you happy and not just try to sell you something. This is my second time going here for a dress first for my Quinceañera dress and now for my sisters 15 dress . Definitely recommend this store . You might have to wait a little for assistance but because there always full giving people such a great service so its definitely worth the wait.

This place is awesome!!!!!! They all were really nice and helpful and I found the wedding dress of my dreams!!!!! Im soooo excited Im a very hard person to please. Im very difficult but they work with me and my bridal party thanks guys!!!!! All smiles :)

The woman who runs the place is wonderful. She really cares about making sure you have everything you need. She even ironed out my dress for me at the last minute. Hours are from 2 to 7pm so dont get there early!
