We bought a dress off the sale rack 2 days before for my daughters homecoming. Fit great and looked wonderful. She went to try it on a few hours before the dance to show her grandma and the entire zipper broke. It wasnt even a tight fit. We had to go to JCPenney and find a new dress, shoes, and jewelry to match in a few hours before. I called the store and they said that they wouldnt take it back. I had to sign their "No return" policy as I bought it. I get it... no returns, but faulty to the point where it couldnt even be worn? Their fix was to tell me it could be repaired by a seamstress. :/ It is their policy... Im fine with that. Its their choice. But I will not ever get anything there again... as my choice. I feel like they dont stand by their products at all and feel pretty jilted by the entire experience. I now have a dress that can never be worn without paying more to get it to where it should have been to start with.

From the moment i walked in Alicia was the kindest person i went to a total of 4 different shops and Alicia was fun kind and when i told her my budget she stayed under it in fact when i was trying on dresses i didnt have to be worried about the prices of the dresses anf she was so fun and sparky to work with. I was going in between two dresses i really liked oneand i tried them on three times not realizing it was after closing and not a single worker complained. Utimately i ended up saying yes to my dress as she was so helpful and i wanted poof so they made a creation by putting the mermaid skirt poof under my already mermaid dress and it looked amazing. When i said yes to my dress they asked me if i wanted a cover bag for my gown for only 20 dollars. Alicia you did so amazing and my glad you let us to stay pictures even though it was 530 and not one of the workers complained

I purchased my wedding gown & my bridesmaids purchased their dresses here as well. First off, I was very pleased with the attitude of the staff. They were very patient even though I went in not having a clue what style I wanted. They didnt care that I tried on nearly every dress they had. Next, the dresses were all within my price range. My dress came in pretty big, but they had suggested I go down a size but I decided to go with the size I typically run, & after that the dresses didnt go any lower. My maides were all sized accordingly, and my sister had admitted she argued with the salesgirl about what size to get before finally going with her recommendation which turned out to be spot on! Finally, everything came in on time and in time to have slight alterations done. I felt beautiful, and guests said my dress was very unique!

I paid in full when I ordered my Bari Jay dress, which was sewn incorrectly. There was a spot on the bodice that stuck out because it was sewn too loose. I brought my dress into Weding Elegance and tried it on for three of the employees and had one take pictures of it. They took three weeks to even try anything on my dress and then mailed it to me four days prior to my event with some loose stitching to tack down the bubble, the sides(of a dress that had fit) let out, and still messed up. When I called to tell them that it was still messed up they made me an appointment to get take it in and pay out of pocket for the repairs that should have been done. They offered no help, apology, or discount for a broken product.

When my family and I tried to find Mother of the Bride, Bridesmaid and Flower Girl dresses here, the ladies of Wedding Elegance were extremely helpful and friendly. Mandy deserves a special mention--she helped me with finding a dress for my mom, who HATES trying things on. We didnt end up going with Wedding Elegance for gowns, but were doing our shoes with them and I cant express how happy I was with their service! When my shoes werent in for my bridesmaid dress fitting, they allowed me to borrow a pair of shoes to take to the fitting instead! I couldnt believe how accommodating they were about it. I would (And will!) recommend Wedding Elegance to anyone! Ask for Mandy!

I bought my wedding gown here, and my bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding. Becky, the woman who helped me with my appointment for my gown, Was super helpful and even allowed my younger cousins to help with the dress selection. Her willingness to let kids (they where 9 & 12 at the time) be apart of something so special to me and my family sealed the deal. I will go here for ANY dress needs i have from now on :)

Ordered my bridesmaid dress, paid in full. They call later and ask me to pay the full amount of the dress again cuz they werent going to have it done on time. When I got the dress it was so wrinkled up and was way too big. Had to pay more for altering and since we got dresses so late had to pay for to get it steamed again. Would never go here again
