BEWARE! ONE OF MY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES I EVER HAD! I ordered by bridesmaid dress 3 months before my friends wedding date and the store said that I had to pay a rush fee for the dress to get here in time. I paid the extra $25 to "guarantee" the dress be here 2 weeks before for the wedding date. I decided to call the store about a month before the wedding date to check on my dress and they said that the dress would arrive 2 weeks AFTER the wedding date. When I politely told them that this was an issue and that I paid extra for the dress (that didnt need any alterations) to get here in time she BLAMED THE BRIDE! The lady automatically went on the defense trying to blame the bride for switching the wedding date (which never happened). The confusion was that I ordered another bridesmaid dress at the same time for another wedding 3 months after the other wedding date and the associate used the later date. Instead of owning up to her mistake she continued to try and blame me and the bride. Frustrated, I hung up, called the bride and had her call the store to check on the status of all her bridesmaids dresses. The associate then told the bride that all her dresses had been picked up!!!!!! Finally I called the store back and demanded they fix the issue and she said "she would see what should could do." It wasnt until I demanded to speak to the store manager that anything was actually done. After waiting another week I called the store back (they never bothered to call me) to ask about the status of my dress and they said they were waiting for the manufacturer to advise them on what to do. I tried asking for an explanation of what they actually needed to be advised on and the employee gave some round about answer and that it would be here soon. It wasnt until ONE WEEK before the wedding I called back again and asked where the dress was and all they could only tell me was it was "in transit". It wasnt until I had the store manager call me that I was able to find out the dress was in Hong Kong and would be here 48 HOURS before the wedding. In the end I got the dress 2 days before the wedding but wasnt given any sort of apology when I came to pick up the dress. The only thing I got was attitude from the employee when asking for my $25 rush fee back. At least I know where I am NOT going when it comes time for me to get married...

My friend is getting married in July so in March we went to Alfred Angelo to look around well my friend fell in love with one of the dresses there and had to have it, she ordered a size 12 which was a tid bit tight but knew she would loose the weight in time. when the dress came in Janis the horrible hag of a manager helped my friend get into the dress, when my friend asked how to dress zipped up Janis said "perfect" so my friend was excited and stated "wow I must have lost that 1/2" I was trying to loose" then Janis goes "oh wait nevermind you might need to loose some more weight it was hard to zip it up" This past week my dress came in and when I went to try it on it was the wrong size they ordered me an 18 in girls when I told them I needed an 18W in turn Janis tried to argue with me for 15 mins in the dressing room stating that I need a 22W bc that is what my measurements on her tape measure said, I told her look I tried on a 22W and it literally fell off of me so she told me well the dresses from the sales floor are stretched out, so I needed a 22W and after I told her 5 times that the 22W would not fit and that it was brought out from the back and she refused to believe me and told me no dresses where in the back, even after one of her empolyees told her that they had went and got a dress from the back. needless to say after another 15 miuntes of her fighting with her she finally placed the order for the dress that I was suppose to have gotten in the first place and said that I would have to pay to do a rush order, I told her I would not pay for a rush order since it was not my error it was theirs so they should rush it on them, now we have to wait another 6-8 weeks meaing the dress will be in 3 days before the wedding. I didnt not recieve any apology from her or anyone else on the staff, I would not recommend them to anyone after this experience.

BRIDES BEWARE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am thankful that I didnt purchase my wedding dress here (I got it at Terry Costa)...but I did get the bridal party dresses here. They are so attentive while trying to sell you something, but once they get your money, they turn into different people! First the lady that ordered the dress didnt charge us the sale price instead it was full price. When I brought that to their attention they told me there was nothing they can do...uh I dont think so, you WILL give me my $ back. Then, when placing the order the girl told us that there was no need to rush the dress that we will have plenty of time for alterations...wrong again. The shipment date kept getting pushed back and they tell you that there is nothing they an do about that either, that its not their fault, & that we can just pay for rush alterations which is more than 3 times the amount of the rush delivery. Not doing that! Ill take it somewhere else to get altered. THEN, my daughters flower girl dress came back and it looked terrible! It was all wrinkled, the ends were ragged, & the actual floral appliqués were hanging off (because apparently thats the shippers fault, not theirs) but I can pay to have it fixed they tell me. Nope, I will not. And lastly you can NEVER get them on the phone. They say its because they are helping other brides but Ive been in there when it is just me and there are 2-3 other employees just standing around, they are so rude and condescending and the "its not our fault, sorry about your luck" attitude is not something I would ever want out of a store where I am spending that amount of money.

After going to 2 other stores to find my bridal gown, two of my friends suggested Alfred Angelo which is where they both bought their bridal gowns. I did not have an appointment set up, but I called around 2:30p on a Saturday and the lady over the phone was super nice! She asked for my information right away and said they could see me at 3p. I was far from the store at the moment so they took me at 4p. When I arrived, Katelyn took care of me. She was super sweet and was very attentive to my yes and nos to all the gowns I tried on. There was one dress she pulled that felt just right on my body. I was hesitant because there were certain parts of the dress that I did not like so much but I loved the feel of the dress overall, and she quickly let me know that any alterations could be done in order to make it perfect for me and exactly what I want! (the only thing Im nervous to find out is the price for the alterations) A few minutes after leaving the store I walked back in to clarify a few things that, Im sure they mentioned but I was so excited that it slipped in one ear and out the next, however they were not hesitant in answering any of my questions. To top it off, I received 25% off all of the accessories!!!! You know us girls like a good sale! Once my dress arrives I will want the top altered and the floral design on the side removed but I have no doubt that they will take care of me the same way they did when I walked in those doors. So far, I would definitely recommend this place to a friend! Thank you Alfred Angelo!
