"You have to take off the dress, or buy it now." “May I call my mom?” “Fine. Five minutes.” “No. That never happened.” “We don’t do business like that.” “If all of this is true, why are you waiting two months to tell me this story?” The preceding quotes are comments from the sales consultant applying pressure to my fiancée during her purchase and of one of the owners when I called back. I approached the company owner in an attempt to negotiate a reasonable resolution to my fiancée being unhappy with her dress. I asked if she could take the dress back. “No. All sales are final.” I asked if she could take the dress back with a 30% restocking fee allowing her to resell the dress and still make a profit. “No. All sales are final.” I asked for a store credit. “No. All sales are final.” So, I left. I spoke to my fiancé to let her know they wouldn’t work with us. It was at that time that I got the full story of the high pressure sale. Being in high end retail sales myself, I was shocked and disheartened hearing the details and felt that the owner should be aware. I would be embarrassed if it were brought to my attention that my sales team treated customers in this manner. So, I called back and that is when things got weird. “No. That never happened.” The owner implied that we were lying. “We don’t do business like that.” Everyone has a bad day from time to time and drops the ball. There is no business that is flawless. It is how mistakes are handled that separates the good from the bad. And, there was no ownership from the owner, only accusations that we were making this up. “If all of this is true, why are you waiting two months to tell me this story?” I explained that using words such as “this story” again implies that we are liars. I also explained that they took the dress immediately and sent it off to have it cleaned. I had a custom suit made from scratch in the amount of time that it took to have the dress cleaned. We brought it to their attention immediately. The owner again implied that we were being dishonest. At the end of the conversation, the owner asked to speak with my fiancée which I thought would be great. She could get a better understanding of what happened. I would’ve spared my fiancée that conversation had I known that the owner was only going to continue to accuse us/her of lying. In closing, buyers beware. I would rate this place a -5 stars if I could. Based on previous reviews I see from other shoppers, we must have caught this place on an off day - both times. Hopefully, you won’t have the same experience. If so, be prepared to deal with an owner that is arrogant, that will accuse you of lying and be irrationally defensive. I can take the loss in the thousands of dollars on this dress. That’s fine and was expected knowing the sample sale was final. But, to have our integrity attacked and called into question by the owner of the store is shameful. I feel sorry for her.

"I got engaged in December of last year and my wedding is in a few short months! The first stop after my engagement was Warren Barron Bridal. Not only do they have the best high-quality dresses in Dallas, they also have the best high-quality service. The store owners, Elle and Cecilia, are very knowledgeable and were able to help me choose not only the perfect gown but the perfect gown for me. I am getting a custom-made Elizabeth Fillmore gown that was actually specifically created for Elle and Cecilia, because of their relationship with the designer, for the Dallas store. I can rest assured that no one will have the same dress as me :) As most brides do, I shopped around. I went to Stanley Korshak and Neiman Marcus. Unfortunately, neither of those stores impressed me. They just didnt have the years of experience and knowledge that Elle and Cecilia did. It didnt take much to realize that Warren Barron is the best in Dallas. The way I looked at picking out my wedding gown was simple. I am only going to do it once and I want the best. I enjoyed being treated like a princess by the owners and took pleasure in the fact that they want to be a part of my special journey. I would highly recommend Warren Barron Bridal."

Warren Barron is simply the best bridal store in the DFW area - if not the country. Their commitment to excellence is unparalleled and that is clear from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable, and they do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with everything. The owner is such a kind woman, so down to earth and more than willing to help in any way. They did not pressure me in the slightest - in fact, if something didnt look right I could trust them to tell me (or agree with me) rather than brushing my concerns away and pushing me to buy something I was unsure about. They also partner with a local florist and bridesmaid dress store to offer their customers discounts which is pretty amazing! I had such an incredible experience that I have sent all of my friends there and they have all ended up buying dresses from WB. There is a kind of magic about this store and I cant say enough good things about it! You will not be disappointed here!

I recently visited the Warren-Barron sample sale, and I was extremely happy with my entire visit. I didnt expect any real service because it was a sample sale and upscale boutiques in HP Village tend to be snobby, but I felt like I got the same attention as with regular price dresses. Clearly the amount of attention they could devote depended on how busy they were during the sale since there were no appointments- so maybe I just got lucky with timing. The ladies never balked at me wanting to try on many dresses or at wanting to try on the same dress multiple times. They even let me take pictures. Such a dream to try on the best of the best in wedding gowns with their gorgeous Oscar de la Renta shoes- and then to buy at a fraction of retail. Gowns are not for the frugal when at full price, but if youre willing to spend the money, go here. Considering how much I loved the service at a sample sale, I cant imagine how great a reserved appointment would be.

"The ladies at Warren Barron are absolutely wonderful!!! My fiance and I decided to marry in France and with only a six months of preparation, I was panicked about a dress. I had some pictures I liked and took them to Ellie and Cecilia... They found the most beautiful dress, more beautiful than the dress I envisioned. I never felt rushed during my fittings with them and they seemed as excited as I was about my special day. They are wonderful women with loads of talent. They gave me their insights into the different designers, while completely respecting my wishes and doing everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. They have beautiful gowns from the best designers, but in the end I choose a Vera....of course!!!! I love this store and I cannot express enough how wonderful Ellie and Cecelia are to work with. They were most certainly a big part of my whole wedding experience. They really made a difference for a most happy day!!!"
