We booked our appointment to look at bridesmaid dresses. I knew exactly what designer/fabric/color I wanted, we were just there to get sizing for my MOH and to select a style with the hopes of ordering today! I could not have been more disappointed in the quality of service we received from Trinity. When we asked to see the dresses made with dupioni fabric, Trinity pulled a satin dress of the rack claiming it was the dupioni. She was obviously not knowledgeable on the dresses because she also claimed they only had one in stock due to low demand but then was able to pull 8 or so from the back. After pulling the dresses, she went to the back to the two other girls who were supposedly being trained. We asked to try on a bridal gown and she said it was fine- but when we asked about a different dress she said that because we didnt have a bridal appointment we wouldnt be able to try on any other wedding dresses. She was completely not present until it was time for measurements and couldnt get us out the door fast enough. They didnt even say thank you or goodbye, she just went to the back and continued talking with the other employees. Im super bummed because the reviews online are so good for this boutique. Bottom line, the service was horrendous and she acted like it was a major inconvenience for us to be in the store. Maybe the other sales associates are better, but our service with Trinity was the WORST and we will not be using this store for our dresses.

I cant say enough good things about De Ma Fille! If you are a future bride in the Dallas/Fort Worth area you absolutely HAVE to put this on your list of boutiques to go to. They have an amazing selection of dresses and my personal favorite Martina Liana Bridal which allows you to mix and match tops and skirts so you can customize the perfect look for your body type! Martina Liana also allows you to make custom changes (I chose a bodice style but requested a different type of lace) which makes you feel like you are truly getting a one of a kind dress. The girls who work here are so incredibly nice and extremely helpful. Planning a wedding can be very stressful with all the little details but they were always very prompt on calling me and keeping me updated during the process and making me feel like I wasnt just another one of their hundreds of customers but that they truly cared about me and my experience. A lot of other boutiques in the Dallas area are flashy and have amazing spaces but lack in customer service and are not prompt. Thank you De Ma Fille for making it the best experience!! Absolutely loved everything about this experience! Lauren was so incredible, and she made my experience perfect! I made the mistake of going to an appointment I had already made right after I left De Ma Fille, and it was a complete waste of time. I knew I found the perfect dress before I even left, and I shouldve trusted my gut. With the veil and belt she picked, I felt absolutely beautiful. Also, They were so accommodating to my guests, and they even let my sweet niece try on a couple of flower girl dresses with the extra time I had left in my appointment. Once we found "The Dress", we had a champagne toast which was the perfect way to end the day! Every single time I have called or emailed any of the girls there, they have been amazingly sweet and supportive! If you want to have an enjoyable, intimate experience for your dress shopping - HANDS DOWN, the BEST place to do it at! Thank you so much for making such a special day exactly how I imagined it!!! Brides, if you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area (or somewhere else!), de ma fille needs to be at the top of your bridal boutique list! This boutique is classy, elegant, welcoming, and the staff is very knowledgeable about your individual wedding gown needs. Megan welcomed my party of 4 and I into her boutique, listened to what I envisioned in my wedding dress, and picked so many BEAUTIFUL dresses for me to try on. It was hard to pick just one! In the end, I was able to find the perfect wedding dress that fit my dreams and was also perfect for my mountain wedding. While weddings are known for being stressful, Megan and de ma fille made this part so easy and relaxing! Visit de ma fille and enjoy a wonderful dress shopping experience.

5+ stars for Trinidee! She did an excellent job helping me find my dress. The first time I came, half of my party was late and we ended up staying almost 30 min after they closed (which I continuously apologized for) but not once did I feel rushed out! She explained everything to me! I had worked at another bridal boutique in the past so I had high standards for a bridal consultant and she met them all! Not only did she meet with me once but twice just to make sure I was getting the right dress! I didnt feel pressured to buy a dress, and she reassured me that I had plenty of time. I have no doubt that they will take care of my dress once it arrives! Thank you again Trinidee!

Amazing!! This was my first and last time wedding dress shopping! De Ma Fille made it such an amazing and fun experience from the second we walked into the door. Their selection was amazing and the owner Megan knows exactly which dresses to pull. She made everyone who shared this time with me feel involved and welcome. I was never pressured to purchase anything, she just simply walked me through the process and made sure I was happy. I was able to find everything from the dress to the accessories. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I can not say enough nice things about De Ma Fille. Trinidee helped me and my 3 bridesmaids who came with me. She was so sweet and sooo helpful and informational. She helped me down to every detail from getting in and out of the dresses, setting up payment arrangements, and just giving me great helpful opinions on the dresses I tried on. I honestly dont think I would have found my dress if it wasnt for her! She even stayed late after hours for me to come try my dress on to make sure that it was the one, and it was. SO glad I said YES to the dress at De Ma Fille!!

When I was searching for my wedding dress, De Ma Fille was the last place I ended up after days of searching. When I first entered the shop I was overwhelmed by how charming, warm and sophisticated it looked. I tried on quite a few dresses, Megan and her team were so kind and helpful to my mother and I. I had found THE dress! I loved my experience so much, I went back and got perfect bridesmaids dresses and my jewelry for the wedding. They made the process so easy. If youre looking for everything for you and your bridesmaids, you have to go to De Ma Fille!

The first place I tried on bridal gowns was at De Ma Fille. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My second time visiting the store I met the owner, and after that every visit to the store I was addressed by my first name. I tried on over thirty different gowns at a few different bridal shops and returned to De Ma Fille to purchase my gown. They provided me with a wonderful and personal experience! I wouldnt shop anywhere else but here for a bridal gown.
