Terrible customer service. Called ahead to verify availability for a certain dress color and was told they had plenty. When I arrived they had less than 5 items in the color, price range, and length that was mentioned in my phone call. The sales person had the audacity to point out if I raised my price range than there wouldve been plenty to choose from. These people will lie to get you into their store. Pretty pathetic as it looked like they had tons of cute stuff for future shopping options, will not be returning here at all.

I went into a couple of different bridal shops and did not really like anything that I found. I found this boutique online and decided to see if they had the perfect dress for me. I love my dress! I had a great experience with the staff in the store. They were so helpful and made me feel special about choosing the right dress for me! I highly recommend this store! Thanks so much for all of your help and patience with me while I picked out my perfect dress!

The owner was extremely rude- I made a deposit on the dress over the phone and was not told that they charged a 15% stocking fee on total purchase price of the dress and the rest is in store credit. She kept talking under her breath about how she could have sold the dress- but she is out Nothing... I told her to keep the in store credit. We will never step foot in there!

They are always so willing to help and provide answers to any questions you may have! I am so glad I went through them to find my perfect wedding dress! I highly recommend them to anyone!
