When I went to my initial appointment she had someone else show up whose appointment she forgot about. The house was a bit disorganized and messy, but I didnt think much of it considering how cheap she was. When I went to pick my dress up a week later it had a large stain on the back. She responded that she assumed I knew about it because it had to be there before I dropped it off. Since the dress was opened at her house that was obviously not true. Instead of calling to say the dress had been stained, or attempting to clean the dress, she continued to blame me for the mysterious stain. I did not like how rude she was, her lack of professionalism, or the way she forgot about my second appointment. I would not recommend Bridal Arena for anyone!

All I can say is holy cow, Carol is AMAZING. Seriously, she worked some crazy seamstress magic on my very too small wedding dress. I bought my dress over a year in advance and some unforeseen circumstances resulted in the dress being at LEAST 2 sizes too small. She never blinked an eye. She was professional and reassuring and just lovely overall. She made my dress (which has very delicate detail and beading) fit like a glove. I cried. I didnt thing it was possible. And omg is she super affordable, l couldnt believe my invoice. Oh yeah she did this all in a week. A week, Im still shocked at how awesome every was. I love Carol. Go to her!

Nope. Do not go here. She is a very sweet lady, but it took several weeks and several fittings to get an alteration that was shoddy and crooked and I had to get redone somewhere else. And that "mystery stain" that appeared on another reviewers dress? Mine got one, too. I eventually gave up on it being done right and just paid her so I could get my dress away from her before she messed it up any more.

I dropped off my bridesmaid dress to Carol on Saturday and picked it up Monday evening!! Carol did a great job, if fits perfectly and she did it SUPER FAST. She is also very resonalby priced and lets you know the costs right up front. Thanks Carol.
