Our experience was HORRIBLE! We ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses on 7/18/14 and were told they would shipped by 10/7/14. We understand things happen so when no one received a call by 10/20/14, we called and were told, No we said they would ship by 11/07/14." Mind you the wedding at the end of November. There is no way we would have cut it that close, we would have done express shipping! Again, understanding that things happen, we patiently waited until the first week of November to call for an expected delivery date and we were told the dresses would be shipped by 11/12/14. At this point this was starting to cause some panic as one of the dresses would need alterations to which we were told "It doesnt take long to do alterations." We tried to speak to the shop owner Andrea Mantooth. She was conveniently unavailable and for some reason could never return calls. When contact was finally made with her, she was unapologetic and unconcerned about our dilemma. Her customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this shop to any one

We picked this store because it had good reviews, but I am VERY disappointed, I had to call 3 times to find out that my sister dress still had not arrive, and gave me 3 different dates because they send it to the wrong address.They NEVER gave us a courtesy call to let us know they made a mistake. I understand if it was the shipping that was late, but it was their fault at the beginning for not re-checking the address. Still in hopes, We setup an appointment because they were for SURE it was going to arrive when we get there. BUT it wasnt. We live very far from the bridal store and we have a month left before my sisters wedding, so imagine my anger on a day that was suppose to be a special day for my sister. I recently heard they change owners. At least 2 out of 3 girls were nice, because the girl behind the counter was rude. When the dress arrived, the girl just gave my sister her dress and didnt even offered to try it on, until a different girl offered.

This Boutique is nothing but AMAZING. After having the worst experience possible with pomp and pageantry, I called Beloved and was informed that they were closed on mondays. After speaking with the owner she offered for me to come up to the shop even though she was closed. Not only did she open up her store to me, she also called in Gabby, whom was amazing, and offered champagne! Now that is some awesome service! After picking out countless dresses and trying them all on I asked to try on four dresses for a second time. I felt bad but Gabby was quick to reassure me that she was happy to be there, as with the store owner. That is how a bride-to-be should be treated. Beloved Bridal made me feel special during my entire visit and I even ended up saying yes to the dress! Thank you so so much Beloved and Gabby! I hope all brides decide to get their dress at Beloved.

A word of CAUTION...My daughter found a dress she loved at this boutique, the ladies who own the store were very friendly and we had a good experience there- BUT they whole-heartedly, without any reservation recommended Young for alterations- unfortunately she did not correctly measure and fit the bodice of the dress to my daughter. After taking the dress to a dress maker in Dallas, we were told the seams were cut to close so no further alterations could be done to correct the fit- Was disappointed in that I called Beloved and spoke to one of the owners and was told they are not liable for her work but she would speak with the other owner(s) and get back to me- never heard from them- bought another dress in Dallas- CAUTION -use your own trusted alterations seamstress

I would not recommend this place to anyone. For starters, they have been very difficult to get ahold of since the beginning... They never answer the phone which is weird because the place never looks busy. My dresses arrived late and in the wrong color of gold than what I originally asked for. The manager tried saying it was the right color but after a small argument gave us half off of them. I could live with that. But then my girls put them on and wow! Not even the same dress. The quality is embarrassing. Im sick that we paid for these at all... But unfortunately Im getting married in two weeks so I dont have time to get anything else. I would also like to add that the manager or whoever runs their fb page has deleted or hidden my review from their page.

Sadly this boutique was a big disappointment. When i first ordered my dress i had the previous owner helping me. She was so personable and very helpful. I was told my dress would arrive mid-late December when I ordered it in the beginning of August. The date then got pushed back multiple times. When I arrived to get my dress, the last week in January, it wasnt the one i ordered. I had gotten a button up instead of the lace up back like i had wanted. Its still a beautiful dress just not what i had ordered. I got no discount of any kind, and it seemed like it wasnt a big deal to the owner. After having to wait so long for my dress then it not being the one i ordered i definitely walked away disappointed.

Looked at bridesmaids dresses here, they were sweet and awesome! Also, Rachel, Im sorry, but I had to giggle at your review. When they said that the wedding dress is "made for you," they mean that the dress is literally made brand-new, to order. However, they fit it to a standard size to accommodate your largest measurement. Thats the way ALL good-quality wedding dresses are done. And you ALWAYS have to have it altered to fit perfectly...unless you want to look like you bought your wedding gown at Walmart. Im sure the ladies assumed you knew all of this...I sure assumed that EVERYONE knew this. They dont deserve a low review because you dont understand how the process works.

I loved my experience at Beloved Bridal! Lindsey was amazing to work with! She made the experience of shopping for a wedding dress very positive and my family and I had plenty of room in the back area where the dressing rooms are. I prefer that setup with the dressing room in the back in more of a closed off area from the front of the store. I think that was a great idea! They had a very nice selection of dresses and although I found my dream dress elsewhere, (because I saw one online from a particular designer that Beloved Bridal didnt carry), I would highly recommend Beloved Bridal!

I am sorry to say I didnt have a very good experience here. I told them exactly what cut of dress I wanted, but they didnt really listen to my wishes and kept suggesting dresses that looked completely unflattering. They were also rough with helping me get into the dresses. I was also told that the dress would be made for me, which is why it cost so much. When the dress came, it turned out it was made for me, just not to my measurements. It was made in a standard size, which only fit my lower hips, not everywhere else and I had to have it extensively tailored before it fit.
