I had a wonderful experience at Belle Saison looking for my wedding dress, and I think it was all because of my consultant, Yanna. From having the same shoes to very close wedding dates, we bonded right away. She explained the layout of the store, looked at my pictures and made me feel at ease by picking two dresses that I showed her right away. She was on-time, protected my stage space when another group randomly sat down, and was so professional in getting me in and out of every dress. She would give input when asked but also let the comments come from my family. She was SO patient since there were 3 dresses I was trying to decide between, and let me try each of them on 3 more times so I could narrow it down. We even went 15 minutes over the end of my appointment and she never rushed me or made me feel panicked. Their "deals" were awesome, too. I was honest with Yanna and told her I had another appointment at a different salon that afternoon, and I was making myself go even though I thought Id found "the dress" there, just to make sure I was being fair to myself with this huge decision. She wasnt rude, she was totally understanding, and didnt push me or try to sell me on something using scare tactics. She just gave me a smile and said "Ill see you later". After a less-than-stellar experience at the second bridal salon, I sure enough came back and bought my dress from Yanna, and couldnt be happier. I walked in and she gave me a huge smile and said "I knew youd be back!" The transaction and measurement process were seamless and I cant wait to see Yanna again so we can find the perfect veil and headband! They are so professional and patient, even when the store is bursting with people (which it was). Brides, be smart - know that wedding dresses take time to order and come in, make an appointment, and have an open mind. Dont give negative reviews for your mistakes. I recommend Belle Saison as a wedding salon to every bride!

I absolutely love this place. I am not a typical bride and prefer more of a free range bridal experience. I think they have the perfect balance between attentiveness and freedom to browse. My twin sister and I first started doing business with Belle Saison Bridal for her wedding. The lovely and very talented Tracey helped us. She knew us by name even over the phone. She was great with details, she is honest, realistic and has a good eye taste wise. She is also fun! She saved the day more than once during my sisters wedding planning process. She allowed my sister to openly wear her dress from another place, Davids Bridal so that we could find bridesmaid dresses. We received alteration references from her to save the crappy version of the White by Vera Wang my sister ordered, and she was able to help us replace my dress after a girl was added to her bridal party and we were a dress shy. I had a soft spot for them so I decided that I wanted to get a dress from them. I was fighting my own taste. I tried on my first few at Davids Bridal and hated it! Why would I pay $1200 for a dress that is cheap in quality with guaranteed poor service and alterations over an $1100 Maggie Sottero with a supportive stafff? I got my mind right and went back to Belle Saison. The first drafts were booed by Sis and Tracey...I get it they were too much of everything. I went to other shops to expound on all my options but it was making the decision harder. I went back to try on the new stock that arrived of the Maggie Sotteros and Allures. I fell in love with the first one I put on that came with the perfectly matching veil! I am super excited and relieved. It is best to go during the day if you are like me and prefer to have plenty of space to browse and room to move. They really are fantastic. posted by Julie H. on Yelp

I wish that I could score lower than a zero for service especially. Fellow brides, if you want to be treated like a bride (let alone a human being) DO NOT GO HERE! Belle Saison Bridal was my second stop on my hunt for the perfect wedding dress, so I was excited to see what they had to offer. My enthusiasm quickly faltered because of the faint smell that seemed to get worse as I walked into the store. It was almost like cat urine. However, I had my younger sister with me and since we were already there, I told myself that I might as well try on a few dresses. At this point I was informed that my consultant was running late and that I should just look around until she could arrive. Even though I had made an appointment for a particular time, I was left waiting on her. Still, I had driven too far. So with a smile on my face, my sister and I started navigating through the racks of grimey dresses. (I understand that many different brides try the dresses on, but at least keep them in garment bags) My consultant finally arrives. She begins asking what styles I like and what my budget looks like, so I explain my likes, dislikes, and budget. But instead of going and picking dresses for me to try on, she leaves me confused in a maze of over-priced dresses. I knowingly pick a random dress that is a little over my budget just to try on. She just looked at me and told me that this dress was over my budget and to find a different one. I told her that I would NEVER do business with them and walked out. So even after the smell and the very dirty dresses, it all came down to how I was treated. If youre keen on quality customer service, I repeat DO NOT COME HERE.

I was let down by the customer service. Clearly not understanding of mothers with young children. While going into my first dress shopping experience, should be exciting and fun with my best friend and mother. Well my mother wasnt able to come, so it was just my best friend, my daughter & myself. We tried to prepare as best as we could making sure the baby was fed, napped, and had a fresh diaper. All before leaving, my 11 month old started having a meltdown 5 minutes into the appointment, I tried on 2 dresses, all while trying to help soothe my child. The consultant Amy was sweet, and suggested/asked if we would like to come back at a different time, and I said yes of course, and apologized, while getting dressed to go. Well in the time that I was getting dressed and my best friend was watching the baby, some older woman came up and said something inaudible, when the best friend asked what? The older woman (who worked there) said very loudly, "You need to go! I have other customers!" and pointed her finger to the door. There was one other person in the store, who clearly was just getting the last fitting done, alone mind you... who left one minute after we did. After calling back and asking who this older woman was, whether that be a manager or owner, turns out that she IS the OWNER, and had nothing to say to me, nor tried calling me back. (While Amy - the consultant - stayed completely professional and apologetic.) So that being said, we will not be purchasing from a store, who clearly doesnt see my value as a customer equal to ANY/EVERY OTHER CLIENT, and does not know how to properly handle situations.
