My daughter, her bridal party and I (her mom) went in on Saturday to look at some dresses for her up coming wedding. The lady had us all go and sit down in the area to be able to see my daughter try on dresses. I had asked if we could browse the dresses because we had been looking already and kind of knew what she wanted and the lady told me no you have to sit and I will look for what she tells me she wants. First of all even if you try and tell someone what you like they might not understand. After a couple of dresses I wasnt happy with what she was bringing because it wasnt really what she was asking for. So I got up and went to look at dresses. She was coming back out with another dress on and I turned and went to go back in and I fell over a small platform that was about 2 feet wide. It was the same color as the carpet and it was out in the middle of the room, not even close to one of the mirrors. I fell hard, my glasses and phone flew and I ended up on the floor with the wind knocked out of me. (embarassed) The gals in the wedding party came over to make sure I was all right. The lady that had been helping my daughter just stood there and looked at me. Didnt say one word to me at all. Not even are you all right? I decided at the point I wasnt going to by a dress in this store or anything. She said nothing and went on looking for a dress for my daughter. Do these young people not have any intelligence at all? The least she could have done is check to see if I was ok. I dont know why that platform was in the middle of the floor right in the walk way. Yea, some my fault too, I suppose, but now I am sitting with my knee up and my body hurting today and I am going to have to go get checked out. I just felt she was rather rude and you would have thought she would have went and got her manager or something to check on me. No one in the store appeared to care. Needless to say we went else where to look for a dress.

I went to Dress Gallery to look for my wedding dress on Saturday, January 3rd, 2015 with my soon-to-be Mother In Law and two Sister In Laws, and Jillian gave us the perfect dress shopping experience! The shop was a comfortable environment and they had many dresses to choose from. Jillian really listened to what I was looking for in a dress and was respectful of my very limited budget. She did a fantastic job at finding dresses at the price I was looking for, while still having the style and detail I was seeking, which proved to be near impossible at other, big name bridal shops (we went to other bigger name shops before coming here, and they were all very rude, pushy, and would not show me anything in my price range- they went above my price range from the beginning and said I would not find anything like what I was looking for near my price range. I didnt even like anything that they showed me at these other places, either, even though the dresses they were having me try were much more expensive.) Jillian was more than willing to get us accessories that we wanted to try on with the dresses, but wasnt pushy to try to sell us every little thing and didnt rush us, which we really appreciated. I liked every dress she had me try, but I really fell in love with the first dress she chose for me, and had to go ahead and buy it right then and there, even though I didnt particularly plan on buying my dress that day! She was very informative about their policies and about what I need to do for alterations, and when I need to do them. I am so thankful that we found Dress Gallery, our entire experience from start to finish was fantastic and I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a wedding or prom dress give Dress Gallery a try!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! They have so many choices to pick from as well. We spent over an hour in this store looking for bridesmaids dresses and then the wedding dresses. The staff was incredibly helpful! The one that stuck with us was this cute asian girl and she was just a peach and a half ^.~. We asked her if a size 10 dress was in the range of a large or not, and without us asking, pulled out a measuring tape and offered to measure us and the bride to be. She gave us her opinion on each dress we bridesmaids tried on, then went to help my friend find a couple wedding dresses she liked. She even went in the dressing room and helped her put on the first dress as it was a laced corset and difficult to put on on your own. The second one we all liked but thought it was kinda plain. Without us needing to ask she appeared with a number of sashes for my friend to try with the dress to see if adding an accent helped, as we all loved the shape of the dress. She offered many useful bits of advice such as that if the straps on dresses bothered us we could have them tailored to that of another style. When she wasnt helping us she made sure to come by and check on us, even helping in the search of the color of dresses we needed. Overall incredibly amazingly helpful! If the owners read this I want you to know this girl needs a raise :D. To finish up, once again, amazing selection and quality. Just so much to choose from its near impossible to think you wont find something that suites your fancy. They even carry several hair pieces for brides that we plan on going back to look at once we find a dress for my friend she wants to stick with. Thank you so much for the experience!

My experience at Dress Gallery was great! I chose to go wedding dress shopping there after two of my best friends found their dresses there and had great experiences. When I arrived, I described the type of dress I was looking for and they were easily able to present me with multiple options to try on. After trying on a few dresses, I found the dress of my dreams — and the best part was it was under $500! They were no longer going to continue selling that gown and I had come at just the right time (during their April sample sale when dresses are up to 90% off). I really appreciated that I didnt feel rushed when trying on dresses. They let me try on as many as I wanted, as many times as I wanted. It was great to be able to put on my dress multiple times and make sure I knew it was the one for me! Also, during the process of finding dresses to try on, I liked that after each new dress, the sales associated would ask me, "Okay, what do you like about this one? What do you not like?" And based off of that feedback, they were able to bring me dresses that they thought I would like. They were also great at finding a veil and accessories that matched perfectly, and I like how they are willing to hold on to the dress until I need it for my big day. Great overall experience!
