Disappointed Customer

I was really thrilled to find out this place had the exact dress I was looking for. Upon arriving for my appointment, things seemed fine and my eyes lit up seeing the dress. Upon stepping out to the floor, I had my phone in hand as during my entire dress experience, I had been sending photos to my mother that did not live locally and was unable to be with me. I was very rudely asked "umm what are you doing with your phone in your hand?" I exclaimed that I was hoping to be able to take some pictures to send to her, "we dont allow pictures until you purchase the dress". Was never notified of this prior to putting the dress on until it was just awkward in front of other customers. This would have been nice to be told up front and not given the attitude in front of other customers. Needless to say, after them being pushy about buying the dress, I left and found a different boutique in 3 hours that didnt even carry the dress that I ordered from and received far better customer service! Pleased to have not continued to do business with this boutique!

I bought my 25th, wedding anniversary wedding dress from this bridal boutique. It took over a mouth after the due DATE for the dress to arrive. Prior to the dressing arriving I called asking when the dress will arrive, but the customer service I received was inappropriate. I was told if they receive the dress they will call me, but the way it was expressed sounded like I have no right to be calling to find out when my dressing will arrive. When the dress finally arrive the first thing that the owner said was that she was going to charge my credit card account without me seeing the dress. Finally, after spending over $1500.00, I had to buy a garment bag for my dress. I receive no apology for my dress being late. This is a very poor customer service.

We drove 45 minutes in traffic to deal with horrible customer service and a consultant that did not understand that money was not an issue. She never introduced herself to us, she asked us 3 times what the budget was after the bride already told her, daddy is paying it does not matter, she acted like they had 10,000 dollar dresses in the store, and she was not that knowledgeable. This experience was not pleasant and it was supposed to be fun and exciting. She killed the mood and looked annoyed that we were asking her to do her job.

I just recently visited Brides and Beaux and had such a great experience. Sandra is WONDERFUL to work with! She is very knowledgable and is very attentive. She explains things about the dresses you try on in great detail and what the dress says about you and the look you are wanting to achieve. Sandra is very patient and bends over backwards to create the most polished look for you. They have a very nice selection of dresses too!

I bought a Manuel Mota dress off the rack in excellent condition. My wedding is in Rajasthan, India December 2012. The customer service is great. I had looked in several bridal shops and this shop was beyond exceptional. The lady that helped me was not pushy. They have a great selection. Very helpful. Im very please. They also have a lady there that does alterations and highly recommend

Five Stars definitely. A great selection of gowns, especially those by Maggie Sottero, my favorite designer, but not limited to her gowns. The sales people are personable, helpful without being pushy, and they dont rush you. Quality and good prices. And, oh, they have great dresses for mothers, which we discovered are hard to find. Look here first!

I am highly recommending this place to my friends. After several unpleasant experiences at different bridal shops, Brides and Beaux was a breathe of fresh air. The customer service was amazing and the dresses are unique and high quality. I have two friends who have bought their dress here and I am recommending them to friends.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & the worst experience ever! The two owners act like you are an inconvenience to them, they are not helpful or even polite. They are only concerned with taking your payment. Make SURE you read the contract IN DETAIL. They make mistakes and do not take ownership. Shop at YOUR OWN RISK!

Excellent customer service. No high pressure sales. Very helpful. Variable prices depending on what youre looking for. Some expensive, some very reasonable. This is not a discount store, but if youre looking for quality for that special occasion, this is the place to go.
