We used this shop for our tuxes and the whole thing was a crazy, disorganized, frustrating ordeal. We picked out our tuxes and they quoted us a price and then later claimed that wasnt the price. Then they confessed that they told us the wrong price because they couldnt find our invoice when we called them the first time. What? Yeah. We only stuck with them because they offered us a free ring bearers tux to make up for it. Then, they kept saying my dad didnt pay his deposit, even though we showed them the credit card receipt. They also applied the money weirdly. Instead of taking a payment from one groomsman and applying it only to his tux, they spread it out among the different tuxes so that it was impossible to figure out who had paid what. Annoying. They also never returned phone calls unless we called up angry. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without dealing with this crap. Do not go there!

so i bought my dress at I do and the whole process was fine and paid $150 bucks for a custom hem. When i picked up my dress everything seemed fine(the place was basically empty and dull lighting since they were moving) until i took it to my alteration lady and the under layer of the hem was not done properly. The worst part of it that they ordered a size 6 for me because they told me that they hips was too tight- now I have to pay to get the whole thing taken in (bust, waist and hips) include the hips. in reality we could have let the hips out because it was not that tight. I still love my dress but i have to look at the pictures of the others to remind me what it will look like after i have the whole taken in. i know its better to have the ability to have the dress taken but it annoying to have to pay to get the whole thing.. I thought it was because i lost weight and i didnt -

I went in without an appointment just to see what they had available and found some amazing dresses on sale. The lady working was so nice when we came in and she said we could look around and if I found something she would be more than happy to help me try anything on. She was helping another customer too with some options for her wedding but made time to ask if I was finding anything I liked, I found three dresses and tried them on, she was very knowledgeable about each dress and what they needed to have the perfect fit. I have been to three other places where the people that worked there didnt know half of what she did, I was very impressed. I bought a dress there and will go back for our tux rentals and bridesmaids dresses. They took a load of my shoulders with how easy it was to get the perfect dress for my wedding day!! I would recommend this store to everyone!!!

I called to make an appointment a week out from the date I set it. The lady seemed very pleasant over the phone and took down the usual information. On the day of my appointment I called to confirm (because I had heard nothing from I Do) I was answered by another lady who searched for my appointment with no results. She told me it must not have been put in the books or some other form of excuse. When I asked if she could work me in she told me she was booked solid for that day. I asked about another day relitively close in time and was tols they would bw moving locations, that i could come in on said day but that they really wouldnt have any stock for me to try on. Like why even offer? Why would i come in to try on less of a selection? Needless to say, I Do lost my business and I will not be recommending them anytime soon.

I am from Louisiana and had to call many shops throughout the country to find my dress. I Do had it and was able to order it for me. Even though I was a thousand miles away they made me feel like I was right there in the store! Even when the manufacturing company pushed back the date my dress would be ready, Tren called and got them to have my dress ready MONTHS ahead of schedule! These guys are great and caring! My only regret was that I could not experience their services personally because I would have loved to meet these awesome ladies face to face! Thank you I Do for everything! You have made my wedding as special as I could have imagined!

My daughter made an appointment a month in advance to look for a dress. She drove from Kansas City for the appointment. I rearranged my work schedule to be able to attend. 3 hours before the appointment a girl called to cancel the appointment. We went to the store anyway just to look, and we got no help from the girl at the desk who just sat at her desk the entire time. The owner called my daughter to apologize, but the whole experience was awful. We got her dress in Kansas City at Gown Gallery, mostly because of the nice and experienced staff. It is unfortunate as we would have loved to support our local economy.

I first went in just to get a look-see. They were super friendly and offered to set up a one-on-one appointment for the following week. I went in for my appointment right and I was not disappointed! We pulled several dresses, they took a lot of time on me since I went in the middle of the week (which I highly recommend, avoid the weekends) and they were good about giving me praise or new ideas for dresses they carried. I fell in love with a dress they selected and I plan on going back again! Courtney was my assistant and she was awesome!

I have a special event that i need to attend this weekend, thanks to my husband, I found out about it last minute. I called I Do Bridal and they were able to make me an appointment the same day. I explained over the phone what type of dress I was looking for. By the time I arrived the girl had several dresses picked out and ready for me to try on. She was very helpful, as well as, everyone eles in the store. I was able to find a dress and get it hemmed within a couple of days. I am very satisfied with I DO BRIDAL.

TERRIBLE. They were rude when we went in to try on our dresses, very unclear about alteration prices, and then continued to tell the bridesmaids that we misunderstood the pricing, even though they told both of us that it would cost us $25, and then told us it was actually $85 the day that we payed. They also messed up alterations on my dress TWICE. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The owner is extremely rude.

my experience was kinda bitter sweet at i do. i made my apointment but once i got there felt like i wasnt in the right place. kinda felt like they didnt care if i had showed up or not. everything was over priced and they seemed more like money mattered than customers. so i left. an ended up renting everything at tmbridal in andover. i had a beautiful wedding just the same.
