Although they had a variety of dresses to choose from, the service me and my friends received there was terrible. I wrestled back and forth with myself on whether or not I wanted to write this review, but I decided to go ahead and do it because I made an appointment here based on such wonderful reviews I had read here and on wedding wire. The girl that helped me was in training, which wasnt a big deal. However, the manager on duty came and "checked" on the trainee three+ times during my visit, and each time she came it was with an absolutely terrible attitude and she was extremely unfriendly. She didnt even bother to say hello to me or acknowledge any of the people that were there with me; all of whom couldve been potential customers. Honestly, after going back and replaying the whole visit in my head I dont know or even think that the manager was simply "checking" on her. I cant explain it, but she just left a very bad taste in my mouth. She made all of us out of place and like we were unwelcome. What stood out the most to me was when I was standing in the mirror looking at a dress I had tried on when the manager came and started talking to the trainee AGAIN. I guess the manager forgot that the mirror I was facing allowed me to see them even though I wasnt facing them. I clearly read the managers lips and saw the ugly look on her face as she said, "Why is this dress over here? She shouldnt even be trying it on. Its WAY over her budget. She cant afford it." I was completely appalled and immediately infuriated after this. I told the trainee to make sure and go tell her manager not to come back over to our are one more time, because if she did I would have some words with her. Although I did go in with a budget, its not because I cant afford the dress I want. If there was a dress I saw, and wanted to try on, then I should be able to without feeling like Im being judged. I was so excited for the "dress shopping" experience and that manager at Bliss Bridal left a DIGUSTING taste in my mouth. So much I had to write this review. Although I did find a dress I liked while I was at Bliss Bridal, I decided to take my business and "budget" else where and actually purchased a dress that very same day at a different salon. Not only that, the dress I chose cost more than the dress than the one that the manager thought I couldnt afford . All in all, the only word that comes to mind when I think about that experience is discrimination. I felt discriminated against because I had a budget and maybe it was even because Im Hispanic. Who knows. But if youre on a budget and want an awesome dress shopping experience, dont come here. Thankfully, the place where I bought my dress rescued my dress experience and made it everything I had ever dreamed of and more. Bliss Bridal, what a shame that you have managers/employees representing your brand and store this way. I will NEVER refer anyone here, on the contrary. I will tell them to steer clear of this place! Awful experience.

I had a good experience until I was told 4 days latter that the veil we had chosen for my daughters dress was $1,000 more than quoted! When the veil was placed on my daughter with the dress she had chosen, it made it perfect! So when I paid for the dress and veil, the sales lady noticed the price on the veil was $1,368, but she said, "dont worry about this price, its wrong, the veil is $368" I paid in full to avoid any problems and because we dont live in Ft Worth. I live in Presidio..10 hours away! My daughter called me a few days latter and said she was told we were miss quoted, that the veil was $1,368! Well, I called and spoke to a very rude, inconsiderate male manager, TJ I think.. He started off by telling me there was no way he could order that veil at the price I was given and asked me if I wanted it or not. I became very upset and told him I had a paid receipt for a dress and veil, that it was his problem not mine. Well he got cocky and rude and said he was a small business owner and he just could not help me. I explained to him we drove from Presidio, rented a hotel for the weekend and with his rudeness and inconsiderate attitude he had just ruined the entire experience of buying a wedding dress for my daughter! When I told him I couldnt believe his customer service skills and how rude he was being, he decided to FINALLY APOLOGIZE! He toned down some his attitude and said he just couldnt help me. My daughter looked for the dress in San Antonio and found it AND cheaper too! I called back Bliss Bridal and cancelled the entire sale. Got my money back and now they are getting a bad review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! I have to give them a star cause I cant post my comment otherwise.. Because of the Manager, I do not recommend this place. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and are not worthy of your business.

I definitely fell into the category of an indecisive bride. My sweet mother and I shopped for what seemed like months, and we drove to Dallas pretty much every weekend and I just could NOT find anything I liked and left each bridal salon fairly discouraged. It wasnt until we ended up at Bliss that I finally found THE dress. I was pretty convinced I wasnt going to cry but sure enough the moment I slipped on the dress I broke into tears. They may have been sheer tears of relief more than anything but it was a fabulous feeling. We ended up purchasing my dress, my veil, and the bridesmaid dresses all from Bliss and I do not have a single complaint. Everyone we worked with at Bliss was fabulous but if you have the option to work with Wendy, the owner, I highly highly recommend her. She is fabulous at what she does and she tells you the honest truth, which as a bride I really really appreciated. I hands down would recommend Bliss to any bride searching for her dress. They have a great selection, great service, and I found everything I wanted. They put up with me through a bunch and always greeted me a smile, even on my what felt like millionth visit to the store. Best of luck to all you brides out there! I hope you find the dress of your dreams.

I visited Bliss when I just began my search for my wedding dress. I was so excited to begin the search for my perfect dress, but I found it was horrible experience at Bliss. The store had a very cold feeling, not inviting at all. And the woman who helped only let me try on 4 dresses before she suggested we come back another day. It was my first time trying on dresses and I did not know what style I was looking for yet. She seemed annoyed that I was interested in trying different styles. The website says that if you come back for a 3rd time youll need to pay $75. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous and never went back for a second visit. I found De Ma Fille in Fort Worth, which had similar prices. De Ma Fille was wonderful compared to Bliss! Very warm, and the girls there were great! I thought their over all selection was better too. For a higher budget, Warren Barron is great too. De Ma Fille had a similar feel as Warron Barron with a smaller price tag. Also there are no pictures allowed at Bliss. And De Ma Fille and Warron Barron both allowed me to take pictures.
