Me and my husband have been getting our glasses at PEARL VISION MELROSE for some years. Were always greeted with a welcome and treated with much RESPECT and KINDNESS, sometimes the place can be a wait for service, but DEBBIE the MANAGER is my FAVORITE PERSON at PEARLE, shes VERY FRIENDLY, KIND, and have such a BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT, and EXTREMELY HELPFUL and PATIENT when it comes to picking GLASSES.I LOVE her OPINION and HONESTY.I ALWAYS HAVE and WANT DEBBIE ASSISTANCE when Im there..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DEBBIE, I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU IN EVERY WAY

I loved this place the first time I visited. But after weeks of waiting for my contacts to arrive I find out that they were never even ordered. I wish I remembered the womans name who entered my order, but I cant. She was really nice, but did NOT provide me with correct information. Im upset that I paid so much for glasses and I repeatedly asked her for a total including glasses and contacts. Just disgusted right now. But I need my contacts so....

I had a great experience overall at this place, the staff is very polite and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect at all times and was given a lot of information about my condition; Dr. Diane Slotemaker is very professional in the way she does her job. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Pearl Vision in Melrose Park, they were very prompt at helping me out and getting me situated. Lori helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and had an amazing attitude, I felt very comfortable with my purchase thanks to her. Great staff, very polite!

My experience there was excellent due to the quick service. The sales rep helped my daughter choose new glasses and then the new pair was ready in one hour. I couldnt expect any more than that. Glasses were priced reasonably, too.

Spoke to a Silvia, extremely rude. Very bad experience trying to schedule an appointment. Silvia was rude, condescending and didnt seem to care.
