Went in store and had a list of cds that I was needing and the sales rep (blk guy) didnt tell us he was going on break. I didnt get his name .I did have my children with me and waiting for a long time ,finally the store manager came out I guess she was annoyed of the children and asked if I needed help. I told her there was a guy helping me but I dont know where he went ?she said I sent him on break .Not in a friendly way. Just my opinion I believe that they should hire people that really love God that have a joy in their heart Regardless of what their job requires of them. So when we asked if she could look up CDs on the computer she was typing in the title backwards and said that she couldnt type in the artist I understand that. She got annoyed when I tried to explain to her how to put it in. So every song I asked her about they didnt have it or cant find it. Try not to get off the cross but it gets very frustrating when you can tell that people dont want to help you. I mean come on, this is not Walmart its a Christian store where is the love of Christ?I truly wish that the Family Christian Stores here in Austin would not be closing down or moving. They are and always will be my first choice I now know for next time. This store needs to hire more help. Lets pray that they find God believing loving people. In Jesus name!

I like coming here. There is always sales going on and there are some really good books from particular authors I like such as Spurgeon, Calvin, Wesley and so on. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is also close to might fine, pot bellys, and chipotle.

Where I go to pick up our workbooks for our Beth Moore Bible Study group. Just called the number shown and Lifeway answered and gave me directions to their store. Not sure why a reviewer thought the number was incorrect.

Nice selection. I havent been going to this location for awhile. They also need better parking for handicapped drivers like myself. I know it is not there fault. It is the shopping center company
